Since we are on the topic of terrible motorsports media, let me introduce you to Eric Estepp, if you aren't already aware of him. Here's my thing, these social media "influencers" try so hard to make it into the sport in some shape, form or fashion that they lose sight of the ball. We don't need NASCAR apologists, or more folks running cover for the sanctioning body. Hold them to account when they make boneheaded decisions, call them out, scrutinize. Be a journalist. @HailieDeegan won a ARCA west race, @ToniBreidinger won a late model race, and I won a race in Canada this year. (Essentially the ARCA of NASCAR Canada for those that will ask).
The point is… No matter what gets thrown at us we refused to give up. Seeing those girls victories fired me up. This sport is incredibly humbling. And having any success in it requires an incredible tolerance for disappointment. That’s what makes wins feel so good. Knowing everything you have to endure to get there. Proud of you girls. Let’s keep going 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
