Charges say on Friday Edina police pulled over a vehicle around 2:45 a.m. for dark window tint (gauged at 5%; legal tint in Minnesota is >50%). The officer recognized Hassan from an April firearm incident, so the officer asked Hassan how many guns were in his vehicle, and he denied having any. The officer asked him if his gun was in the trunk and Hassan admitted that it was under the driver's seat. HASSAN did not have a valid permit on file to carry the firearm. A black Glock 19 pistol was located under the seat. Hassan was released on $6,000 bail four hours later on Friday before making a first appearance, which was held today. ***Hassan was charged in April with with 2nd degree assault in the other referenced firearms incident. However, that case number has completely disappeared from MCRO, gone, poof, no disposition available, wiped from public records. Why?
