would love to hear an @EdwinMoses999 take on the @kwarholm and @_Kingben_ race. Moses was a pioneer of the 400mH, has the background for a credible analysis, and most (if not all) conditions are equal (Current Puma/Nike sprint spikes are probably better than 1980's Adidas spikes)

Recruits:
It’s not the facilities.
It’s not the uniforms.
It’s not the stadium.
It’s not the weight room.
It’s the people you will be around and how they will positively affect you. Blessed to work with a staff that love our players and hold them accountable.

There’s a deeply satisfying feeling in knowing you have the legs to destroy a workout but having the confidence to only do what’s prescribed — in being in control of both body and mind.

Having run with Sean over the last week (and periodically over the last 6-years), I can attest to his pure excitement for this new opportunity. I am excited to see the future of an already bright program and coach.
Former Notre Dame de Namur coach Sean Smith was hired as the Cougars' next cross country head coach on Monday. @Jay_green17 talks to Smith about the opportunity and what it means to be a part of the APU community.

There are still coaches out there who haven’t been able to have contact w/ their athletes, let alone compete. Let that sink in for a min. Their ability to impact the lives of their athletes & their athlete’s ability to be impacted by them has been stunted. Prayers to you all.

Buying into the process might be the hardest part. Understanding there is a plan and being faithful to the steps it takes to get there. Through the highs and lows; having the ability to recognize a high when it comes. Trust.

I think schools should teach more about preparing us for the future (taxes, budgets, trades, fin literacy , real estate etc) than teaching about old history, geometry etc 🤷♂️
SO SO PROUD of this group of men. Coming into this season with a goal of contending for the State Title. They have taken hold of the process, and consistently strived to become the best versions of themselves. Couldn’t have asked for more. Kudos to San Elizario for a the dub.
CONGRATS to the Melissa HS Boys on their Runner-Up Finish at the Texas 4A Championships. They TIED with San Elizario (57-57) and it came down to the 6th man. So proud of these young men and what they have accomplished. @TXMileSplit @trackboy_kyle
