Birthday Remembrance for John Candy. I grew up in Toronto watching his comedy genius in SCTV 🇨🇦 A personal favourite is the lovable Uncle Buck ... and who could forget Spaceballs: “I’m a mog: half man, half dog. I’m my own best friend!” 🐶 💕 #johncandy

40% of UC claimants are the working poor others are carers, have disabilities or illness, & some who don't have work, want it. A little more compassion & less judgement wouldn't hurt.
Just spotted.... this is a good change for benefits recipients, deductions can be soul-destroying. #budget
"Caps deductions made through Universal Credit at 15% of the standard allowance. Before this Budget, it was 25%... approximately 1.2 million households will keep more of their Universal Credit payment each month, with households expected to be better off by an average of over £420 a year"
