New season, new coaching opportunity-tweet!
I am still casting CS on Danish streams. Staying sharp and preparing for my next coaching job.
Staying patient because I don't want to rush into an unstable project.
Head coach. Assistant. I’m open to anything CS-related - also grinding with an upcoming team, chasing those precious VRS points.
Keeping it short here, so reach out to me if you would like to know my philosophy, my resume, results and elaboration of how I can be of value to you.
DMs open.
Retweets are also carrying me, appreciate them!

As of today, borup and I have not received any payment, and communication from the organization has stopped. Because of this, we decided to share our account of the situation publicly.
We will no longer represent kONO

Looking for a coaching opportunity in CS2!
A quick update: I’m currently working at an elementary school while casting and analyzing on Danish streams. Every day I focus on improving - not just as a coach, but as a person, mentor and leader.
Counter-Strike isn’t just a game for me; it’s my passion and my life. I’m in this for the long run, and I can work with both established and upcoming teams. I see every experience as an opportunity to grow and become a better coach.
I’m open to various roles - head coach, assistant, academy teams, or anything that fits. If you’re looking for someone experienced, dedicated and driven, let’s talk. It won’t take long for me to show how I can be an asset.

The Gray Area Trap: Why Misplaced Accountability Destroys Trust in Teams
In competitive teams, someone always steps into the gray: making the tough call no one else dares to for the sake of the group. Think about an in-game scenario where one player breaks from the agreed plan, takes an unexpected risk, and clutches a round. It works, the team wins, but instead of celebrating the decision, the conversation sometimes turns to, “Why didn’t you stick to the plan?” Misplaced focus like this doesn’t just ignore the root problem-- it punishes initiative, fracturing trust.
High-stakes environments demand real-time decisions that can make or break a team. In these moments, navigating shades of gray is often a skill, not a flaw. Imagine an edge player reads a shift in the opponent’s strategy and calls for an unpracticed play mid-round. The decision could feel chaotic, but it’s what high-performing teams rely on when split-second adjustments matter most. Yet if the strategy fails, that player risks being blamed for going rogue instead of the team examining why they weren’t prepared for that scenario in the first place.
Of course, if that same player consistently operates outside the boundaries-- ignoring plans and taking risks without alignment-- it’s no longer a skill but a pattern, possibly unintentional yet still harmful. The team leaders must address this directly. Bold, unpracticed decisions made under pressure should remain exceptional, not routine, and must lead to growth by improving the team’s playbook and turning missteps into opportunities. If you were the player pushing to make that play work, carry that same persistence in post-game discussions with the IGL and coaches to refine and integrate the scenario into your team’s bible. The distinction is clear: one approach builds trust and adaptability, while the other steadily erodes team cohesion.
This doesn’t just stop at the server. The same dynamic plays out when someone makes a tough but unpopular call for the team’s benefit-- like addressing toxic behavior, calling for better practice habits, or pushing for accountability. If the team focuses on how they acted instead of why they had to, it kills progress and trust. Great teams don’t just thrive on well-executed plays; they thrive on mutual respect, shared accountability, and the courage to face uncomfortable truths. The best teams don’t just win games; they win trust, on and off the server.

It’s that time of year again! Teams checking in to heartbreak hotel. And boy is it gonna hurt.
Don’t worry. You’ll get to play lots of other tournaments, and majors, if you’re good enough.
How you react to these losses is what defines you as a player and person. One of the reasons teams crumble, is because of built up tension and frustration. This happens in any team, but losing just enhances this feeling. You have to know how to get past it as a team.
Be the one to high-five your team after a devastating loss. Head high, chest up. Set an example.
Don’t let your frustrations out in a negative way, just because it feels good for YOU. It’s okay to be upset, but it has to be phrased so it helps the team get back up, and not further down into the hole that you’re currently in.
Talk about how to improve in the future, but don’t dwell too much on the past. Focus on what’s ahead and how you’re going to reach your goals.
... and many other things! Best of luck to all teams!
