Our church bells controller malfunctioned last year and started tolling continuously at about 5am, didn’t stop for over an hour. As the one Catholic in the immediate neighborhood, you can bet I heard about it. So be sure to include a kill switch, @BackwardsFeet

I don't understand why electronic church bell controllers cost tens of thousands of dollars. It's literally just sending an electric signal up to the hammer in the tower. What is the reason I can't whip up something with an Arduino or RPi and a few relays

Went to Mass this morning in a beautiful church in a small town in SW Wisconsin. The block on which the church stands is bounded by roads named Judgement St., Truth St., Charity St., and Peace St. 😂
