Flight on 17.04.25 SG386 Srinagar Mumbai was delayed which was scheduled at 4.40 pm took departure at 07.00 pm.
I expect refund for this delay as I missed my important appoitment due to delay from spice jet.Why there are no rules in favour for customer.

I booked AC Labbaik travels from Kolhapur to Panvel on 01.04.2025 at 10.30 pm for 3 seats.The bus booking was taken when bus was not operational and broke down for 4 hours.I was late and family suffered mental trauma leading them to sit in non ac replacement bus.
