SORRY OMG im seeing this so late 😭😭 mine literally went off like an hour ago LMAO honestly the main thing that helps me is that in my building the alarm goes off in one flat first and i can usually hear it in the distance because its so loud so i (+)
quickly put on my headphones and start blasting music to drown it out in case it goes off in the entire building T-T ik its not helpful for when it goes off without you expecting it but yeah😭 when that does happen i just swear at it really loudly and cover my ears😭😭😭
