Entrepreneurs will have 50+ terrible weeks in a row followed by 1 great week and still say "that was a good year let's keep going".

Building a follow-up campaign for ghosted leads isn’t complicated, but it needs to be strategic. Here’s exactly how you do it: 1. Start by auditing your CRM - Identify the leads that have gone dark. - Check how long it’s been since the last touchpoint. - Segment these leads by their initial interest or industry. 2. Develop a clear re-engagement message - Personalize each message based on the lead’s pain points or interests. - Acknowledge the gap in communication. (Example: “I know we haven’t connected in a while…”) - Offer value upfront: share a case study, a helpful resource, or an insight that relates to their needs. 3. Choose your channels - Email is a go-to, but don’t forget LinkedIn DMs, text, or even a phone call. - Test multiple channels, including LinkedIn, to see where your ghosted leads are most responsive. 4. Create a multi-step follow-up sequence - Step 1: Send an initial re-engagement email with value (article, report, or case study). - Step 2: A follow-up message offering a solution to a known challenge they have. - Step 3: Use a time-sensitive offer or invite them to an exclusive event or webinar. - Step 4: If they still don’t respond, a final message asking if they’d like to be taken off the list—this often triggers a reply. 5. Automate the process - Use a tool like Mailshake or Lemlist to automate the sequence and track engagement. - Measure open rates, click rates, and response rates to tweak your messaging. 6. Analyze and adjust - After running the campaign for a couple of weeks, check the data. - If the response is low, revisit your messaging—make sure it’s personalized enough and offering real value. - Keep refining the approach based on what works best. Ghosted leads aren’t lost—they just need a thoughtful approach to be brought back into the conversation. And remember, LinkedIn DMs can be one of your most effective channels to reconnect. PS: If you know anyone in the: - high ticket service industry - info product - coach/consultant and they’re looking for DFY follow-up, I’m opening up 3 slots for the next month. Have them DM me “X” and tell them who sent you for a referral fee.

Over committing is making you work overtime. • Reduce your to-do list • Reduce your projects • Reduce your actions The less dumb sh*t you do in your business and life. The easier it will be to focus on what matters. It's simple math.

Don’t talk at your prospects; engage with them. Don’t understand their pain; empathize with it. Don’t make bogus claims; substantiate them. That’s what great copywriters do.
