3 workouts per week is enough to drastically change your body if you know what you’re doing.
Quality over quantity. 6 day splits are not necessary unless you’re a bodybuilder.

All you need to do to never fall off a diet again is clear the temptations out of the kitchen and build a rotation of easy to cook meals:
1. Salmon + potatoes + aspharagus
Fuck motivation. Proof is what changes you.
The workout you didn’t skip. The clean meal you cooked instead of eating out. The 10 PM bedtime you stick to.
Stack receipts until the fit version of you stops being a goal and starts being a fact.
If you can’t go 4 hours without getting hangry, your body has forgotten how to switch fuels.
You should have backup energy that carries you to the next meal, but constant snacking trains your body to never use it. Push breakfast back one hour. Then another. Build up slowly until lunch is your first meal.
Feeling hungry doesn’t always mean you need to eat. Sometimes it’s just your body switching fuels.
Don't wait for the result to give yourself permission to become the person you think the result will turn you into.
Get jacked. Not for status, but to improve the quality of your life.
Better sleep, better mood, better energy.
Most people stay stuck in life because they don’t ask enough questions.
Questioning is how you learn. Spot patterns and break the bad scripts that are silently running your life.
Ask more questions.
If you want to completely change your life you need to go through seasons.
Start with your health.
Then your relationship.
Then your finances.
Obsessively focus on one area for 2-3 years and you will live a 1% life.
To become a winner in anything you must dedicate periods of intensity as offerings.
Forget to sleep.
Say no to anything social.
Vanish from the public scene.
Let people wonder why you're gone. Then come back transformed.
