TON v2026.10 changed how transactions reach a block. Validators and collators left the public overlays. An external message sent from your own node now reaches a collator only through TON Core’s relay nodes. What changed, and how to send reliably 🧵

Own node vs own node + direct, lost transfers, TTL 60 s: 30 Sep, 4 collators: 4/48 vs 0/48 19 Oct, 3 relays: 8/30 vs 0/30 20 Oct, 3 relays: 3/60 vs 0/60 The network is recovering, and relays almost match collators: median 0.97 s vs 1.03 s.

Have a validator you know? A fast-sync client certificate (add-fast-sync-overlay-client, up to 5 per key) lets your node deliver straight to collators. From 21 Oct, validators vote on config changes, including Plumtree in the public overlay. Article: t.me/tondevs_tg/238/8915

verifier.ton.org has been updated. TON Verifier 2.0 is live. The verification workflow now uses an off-chain registry backed by Git, replacing on-chain records and IPFS storage. Source bundles and compiler settings are stored by code hash and can be downloaded for independent verification. Code can be verified before deployment, with the same verified hash recognised across mainnet and testnet. The API also provides ABIs and source maps for supported Tolk contracts, enabling automatic decoding and source-level debugging in Actonscan. To get started, update Acton and verify your contract: - acton up - acton verify Docs: ton-blockchain.github.io/act…

Changelog and upgrade pages are now live on tondevs.xyz. Follow protocol and node changes from development to testnet and mainnet. Each feature has its own explanation, authors, and sources, with TON Core and Community contributions marked separately. Each monthly upgrade brings its features together in one place. Network metric charts also have new controls: adjust the averaging window in Avg mode, or choose Max to see the highest available value in each chart interval.

Token creation on TON gets an upgrade. minter.ton.org now deploys Jetton v2.1. The upgrade moves new deployments from FunC to Tolk, with shard-aware wallet placement, leaner storage, and gas/storage checks based on network prices. Bounced mints now roll back total supply. Admin transfers become a two-step handover: the current admin nominates a successor, who must accept before taking control. The new minter also supports admin-authorized code and data upgrades. Revoking ownership clears both the current admin and any pending successor. Existing jettons keep their legacy management flow, the new contracts apply to new deployments. To support the updated flows, Minter now uses Toncenter in place of the Orbs RPC proxy, alongside improved transaction confirmation, amount precision and error handling.
