So finally I am able to put up an overview of P&l and some KPI for the period FY 2019/20-2024/25 exclusively based on the actual published accounts for FC BAYERN GROUP, AG and ALLIANZ ARENA.
Other detailed figures were sourced from official publications from UEFA, FIFA and DFL.
Projections for FY 2025/26 are based on published figures, public statements and comments from club sources and best effort estimates.
broadcasting will be overall lower, although income from CL and Pokal competitions increased, income from DFL expected to be significant lower and obviously income from CWC was completely accounted for in 24/25).
Commercial income should increase based on reports about renewed and new sponsorship deals, as well as continued excellent merchandising activities.
Transfer income and profit calculations are based on reports from reliable sources and best effort estimates (salaries).
After careful examination and consideration it seems reasonable to assume that squad cost (wages and amortisation) were slightly reduced in 25/26. Agent fees expected to be unchanged.
Transfer net debt reversed into a slight surplus and expected to stay again in balance for the foreseeable future.
Transfer net spending also reversed into a small surplus, after some years of heavy over spending.
Transfer net profit remains stable, and continues to be necessary to cover the structural deficit in EBIT.
Cash position should recover and is projected to increase to abt €200 Mio again.
So overall FC Bayern remains profitable, for over 30y, and thus continues to increase its Equity without and capital requirements from third party investors.
Outlook for 26/27 to follow in this thread.
Arthur Andersen deja vu?
Now BDO can‘t hide behind the client confidentiality curtain any longer and have to answer some very uncomfortable questions
🚨 The Financial Reporting Council has confirmed it is examining Manchester City’s financial statements and the work of its auditors, BDO, following the Premier League commission’s findings.
This is now bigger than football. The audit regulator is looking at the accounts, and preliminary enquiries could lead to a formal investigation and prosecution of city directors.
Man City are fighting on multiple fronts. The walls are closing in.
One of the best CEO in football club management ever!
Karl-Heinz Rummenigge on tomorrow's game against Arsenal and Vincent Kompany's illness:
"It’s a classic. During my time as CEO, we played against them almost every year - and won almost every year. Last year, however, we lost 3-1, and that defeat was deserved. We need to make sure we win now after needlessly throwing away two points last week, but it won’t be easy.
We’re missing one of our best players in Michael Olise. We also need to see whether the coach will be able to take his place on the bench. He’s been suffering from a virus since Saturday. Yesterday morning, he seemed to be feeling better, but his condition deteriorated somewhat as the day went on. Perhaps it would be better for him to take the time to recover fully. He is the driving force behind everything we do - and the architect of the success we’ve enjoyed so far."

Perfect reaction, Bayern type, to the critics of Neuer, the critics or sceptics of Urbig.
The whole BlaBlaBla is ridiculous in the first place anyway.
Herbert Hainer defends Jonas Urbig against recent doubts raised over his ability to become Bayern's #1 in the future: "Jonas Urbig joined us as a very young goalkeeper from the second division. He has since established himself as Bayern’s future No. 1 and has already made his first international appearances. Finding a successor to a multiple-time world goalkeeper of the year is an enormous challenge, and it has been handled, and continues to be handled, very well. Our sporting management deserves considerable credit for this development. He has exactly the blend of qualities needed at FC Bayern: talent, personality and the determination to keep learning every day. Jonas Urbig already exudes remarkable calmness and composure and has proven himself in big games. We all believe he has a very bright future ahead of him." [@SPORTBILD]
Interesting if the stats are correct
60%+ possession. Barely one win in three.
Premier League sides won just 34.1% of games with that much of the ball in 2025/26, down from 55.8% in 2018/19.
How compact blocks and quicker transitions are testing possession football:

As expected
🚨 Rio Ngumoha on new contract talks with Liverpool: “It's all with my agent now. I think it is all going well”.
“I am not too sure. I just let the football do the talking, I enjoy playing and all of that is in the back of my mind”.
“I just play for play for Liverpool and hopefully I can carry on doing well”, says via @LewisSteele_.
Very strong performance from the boys
Especially della Rovere and Binder really cool and advertised their ambitions
Crazy - how would you even consider for a moment this kind of fee?
🚨 Arsenal and Liverpool are leading the race to sign Brentford winger Kevin Schade.
Brentford would demand more than £60M for a January sale and are under no pressure to let the 24-year-old leave.
The Bees have opened contract talks with Schade, while a move next summer is considered more likely than January.

Again:
Urbig will continue to pick up minutes, start and play more and more games- all agreed and planned ahead of the season.
Urbig should and does consider himself lucky to learn from the GOAT keeper, something not many were able to do.
Eventually Urbig will have to prove that he is not only capable to play on the highest level the one or the other game, but consistently.
At the moment he looks ready (he proved his qualities already in high stake CL games), and still will profit this season from being number 2 behind Neuer.
Next season will be D DAY
Bayern's initial plan was to rest Manuel Neuer against Leipzig yesterday so that he gets fit in time and available against Arsenal on Wednesday. But now there are new concerns, and the captain is a doubt for Arsenal
Max Eberl said after yesterday's game: "There was simply a bit of fluid in his foot. It wasn't enough for today. We'll see if it's enough for Wednesday"
The fluid in the foot is usually a reaction after irritation (e.g., from overuse). Should Neuer not rejoin team training at the beginning of the week, Urbig would replace him again on Wednesday

Its so strange that almost every coach and player talking profusely positively in every possible way about Kimmich, and then you have the one or the other former player turn pundit who takes an opposite view, just to create a „conversation or discussion“ picked up and distributed by some „journalists“ and even own Bayern fans fall for this nonsense.
Bayern and the national team need Kimmich now and likely for another 2-3 years at the least. The closest thing to him is Pavlovic who picked up and learned incredibly fast from him, according to his own account.
Bischof is still far off, Nmecha Stiller and co anyway .
To rely on central midfield just on Kimmich and Pavlovic with Bischof Laimer and Ndiaye backing up, has always been the biggest risk this season.
Hope Javier Fernandez continues to flourish / improve and being able to make the cut. He has the energy and physical presence coming with clever playmaking skills which are good enough for Nürnberg to be in contention for promotion. Is he good enough for elite Bayern? No idea, but he looks better than Aseko and Bara to me.
Just needs to stay injury free and fit for a whole season
Philipp Treu says Joshua Kimmich impressed him the most in the national team: "As a kid and teenager, I always looked up to him. It was impressive to get to know him as a person, but also to watch him on the pitch. It starts right from the warm-up. He’s already sweating while riding the bike and always gives 100%. You always hear about how extremely ambitious he is and how badly he wants to win - but experiencing that for myself was really cool. I can also take that mentality into my own life. He wants to win every game and always get the very best out of himself. That makes him a role model for many" [BILD]
Very true
Lothar Matthäus praised Joshua Kimmich after the game and defended him against recent criticism: "He's an absolute leader, not just today but has been for years. If you are a leader at Bayern Munich, you can take on that role in the national team as well. Everyone respects him and looks up to him. He makes the difference in decisive moments and brings energy, personality and presence. On top of that, he has outstanding footballing ability. You simply cannot do without a player like him. I hope this debate finally dies down. He can lead and guide his teams, and he has a great relationship with his teammates. He has everything it takes to continue playing this role both at Bayern and in the national team."
Kimmich to Matthäus: "I really appreciate it coming from you"

Interesting stats
Bischof needs more time to develop even to the level of Pavlovic
Replying to @iMiaSanMia
He’s describing his own game. 12 line-breaking passes, twice as many as anyone else on the pitch, 14 progressive passes and 765 progression metres, the most of the 13 midfielders. One of those balls behind the line set up Díaz’s opener.
