How many times does one have to respond “STOP” to have @Michele_Tafoya take you off her texting lists?!?! I don’t even live in your freaking state.

🚨 LENNAR HOMEOWNER SHOWS HIS HOME CRACKING FROM THE FOUNDATION TO THE ROOF — THE COMPANY CALLED IT “JUST COSMETIC” A Texas homeowner says he’s spent 12 months trying to get Lennar to address what’s happening to his relatively new home while it’s still under warranty. His video shows a massive crack running up from the foundation, cracks spreading through walls and ceilings, a bathtub faucet separating from the wall and what he says is the house pushing into the roofline. Then came the response that has people furious. According to the homeowner, Lennar inspected the property and told him it was “not a structural concern” and “purely cosmetic.” And apparently he’s not alone. Another Texas Lennar homeowner filmed cracks spreading across her tile, walls and ceiling... then pulled up a tile and showed what she says is a crack in the foundation underneath. If cracks from the FOUNDATION to the ROOF are “cosmetic”… what the hell does your house have to do before Lennar considers it a real problem?

Congress has not worked enough days in 2026 to qualify for SNAP, just in case you were curious who was actually sponging off our tax dollars.

Maybe now politicians of both stripes will finally figure out that we have borrowed too much?
BREAKING: The 10Y Note Yield rises to 5.04%, its highest level since July 2007. This pushes the average interest rate on a 30Y mortgage up to 7.17%. Homeownership is officially a luxury.

Election Day is less than 60 days away - - and I'm excited to kick off a new ad that highlights some commonsense accomplishments at the Capitol. I've worked with both parties to: ✅ Provide tax relief for Arizonans ✅ Lower taxes for Veterans and Seniors ✅ Eliminate the rental tax ✅ Help to Secure our Border ✅ Make housing more affordable I'm proud to fight for #LD2 to deliver for our district. Take a minute to watch and share! 👇👇👇 youtube.com/watch?v=TbbQe-KM…

"Was college football really purer when 3 southern teams battled for the title? When Notre Dame can compete for a title - it's college football." @colincowherd argues Notre Dame's success is a sign that college football is alive and well

🚨 Local high school seniors pranked the Hartford Police Department with what is, technically, a criminal offense. The police department's response is legendary 😂👇 "Apparently the seniors 'rolled' the Police Department for Homecoming Week last night. And we just have one question: That’s it? 💀 Respectfully, this might be the most mid rolling in Hartford history. The effort was giving 'my mom said I have to be home by 9.' Absolutely zero aura. Negative rizz. No cap, we expected better. We walked outside this morning prepared for absolute chaos and instead found approximately 14 feet of toilet paper and what appears to be a mild inconvenience. Seniors… y’all really thought you cooked. You did not cook. The Police Department remains standing. Morale is high. Cleanup is expected to take somewhere between 45 seconds and two business minutes. We’re not mad. We’re just disappointed. Actually, scratch that. We’re low-key embarrassed FOR you. 😂 We’ll give it a solid 2/10. Points awarded because you did, technically, show up. Do better, Seniors. This was not very sigma of you. Skibidi or whatever the kids say. Go Dawgs.”

As always, David cuts through all the crap and delivers yet again...
🚨Even as TDS-afflicted critics of the U.S.-Venezuela opening act out on X, the people who actually know how to find, produce, and deliver oil are doing what they always do: following the resource. Major oil companies - @Chevron, @BP, @Shell, and Repsol, to name a few - and the two biggest oilfield service companies, @Halliburton and #SLB (Schlumberger), are actively renewing or expanding their asset and operational holdings in Venezuela. That is the story the markets and the rigs are telling, not the one coming from the peanut gallery. #Venezuela still holds the world’s largest proven crude reserves. Years of underinvestment, mismanagement, and sanctions left production far below potential. The companies that stayed or are now coming back are not doing it for a press release. They are doing it because the prize is enormous and the work is real. Key points: •Chevron already operates three joint ventures with PDVSA and is the only major U.S. producer with an active presence. It is now close to adding two more heavy-oil fields, a move that lines up with U.S. demand for heavy crude at Gulf Coast refineries. •Halliburton is in talks to supply equipment and services. Many of the offered fields are undeveloped greenfields that lack basic infrastructure. Restoring them will take billions, and that is exactly the work oilfield services companies exist to do. •SLB has signed oil-related agreements with Venezuela, including work on two fields and a framework deal for integrated reservoir studies nationwide. It expects to reactivate as many as 15 rigs already in country. After scaling back during the 2016 debt crisis, SLB kept a local footprint and continued serving Chevron. That presence is now a competitive edge. •BP and Shell have already signed deals to re-enter. That expands the customer base for the service companies and signals that more than one major sees the same opportunity. •Executives from several companies are expected in Caracas next week to sign production agreements, with Energy Secretary Chris Wright also expected to attend. This is not a rumor mill. It is deal-making. Critics can rage about the politics. Oil companies price risk every day. They have done it in worse places than this. The size of Venezuela’s reserves - including fields the administration has pursued that hold an estimated 90 billion barrels - is the kind of prize that concentrates the mind. Production today sits well below what the geology can support. Getting it from roughly 1.25 million barrels per day toward 3 million is a multi-year industrial project, not a talking point. That project requires drilling, equipment, reservoir work, and capital. Chevron, Halliburton, SLB, BP, Shell, and Repsol are showing up for it. The absurdity is watching people who could not name a single Venezuelan field lecture the industry that built the modern energy system. The companies are voting with their balance sheets. That is all.

You will see this happen more and more including in AZ where labor and biz orgs will team up to support candidates who’s focus is jobs, economy, main street and being open to a conversation rather than fringe talking points and lost opportunities.
