Seriously on date formatting:
The MM-DD-YYYY is useless.
YYYY-MM-DD is the only way.
Who's with me?
The new landing music by @Delta is intensely irritating. Too squeaky and too loud. I don’t need to be amp’ed up at the end of a flight.

📢THE 603 IS WHERE YOUNG PEOPLE WANT TO BE!
NH is the 2nd most popular destination for people aged 25-29 to move to AND our small business economy continues to grow at an amazing pace.
Low taxes, limited government, local control. THE NH MODEL WORKS!

#hugOps to the IT team @HarvardPilgrim. Prefixes hosting their Authoritative DNS infrastructure are missing from the DFZ entirely. No off-net secondary DNS - everything in the same /16.
Yo @ScammerPayback - Add 281-247-0972 to your list of scammer phone numbers. Blew their cover tonight and they were PISSED. ;)
I am really disappointed with @JetBlue today. Y'all treated me and my family like crap. I used to love your airline and now I don't.
At approx. 3:30am ET, I am transferred to Mia. At 3:33am ET, @JetBlue agent Mia hung up on me.
Update 2:50AM ET - Kami #04168 tells me the escalation contact is Elliot Report - which isn't a person, but a website: elliott.org/company-contacts…. So far, there's no way for me to get a contact person that is a real human being at @JetBlue.
Update: 2:34AM ET - Answered by @JetBlue agent named Kami #04168 - provided corporate contact number at 718-286-7900 or mail to 118-29 Queens Blvd Forrest Hill NY 11375.
Update 2:29AM ET - told I'm being transferred to a supervisor, but I'm still on hold. Seems kinda weird - normally you press "transfer", dial an extension, press "transfer" again to make this happen.
(At this point, I'm so wound up I don't intend to sleep tonight)
Currently on the phone with customer service, have a DM going via Twitter, message via Facebook, and chat via the website.
Happy to go die on this hill for every other traveler out there.
Let's live tweet this call to @JetBlue customer service:
Start of call: 1:20am ET. Spoke to an agent, I asked to be escalated to supervisor.
2:00am ET: Speaking to Vika ID #44087 who admits to me she isn't a supervisor.
2:23am ET: Now trying to escalate again, back on hold.
Fun way to end the night: @JetBlue pulled 45 bags off B6 2628. Never told anyone, and SURPRISE they never made it to Boston. After they sent an email saying that all bags were loaded. Way to end a relaxing week.
Just finished speaking to the @JetBlue Boston Station Manager. He’s just a frustrated as I am with JetBlue overselling tickets to destinations that require extra bags (ski and golf).
Maybe @thepointsguy want to share their thoughts? Why don’t airlines share detailed delay information so that customers can actually make informed backup plans? cc @JetBlue
It would be pretty cool to get a legitimate email from someone in @JetBlue’s team before this flight is over. Or better, meet me at the gate upon arrival. Let talk about doing better.
