I unironically love the Grimace cup from McDonald's more than the ones with the professional players on it

Dad called. "IT question" he says. "Yes this is the IT department how can I help you today?" I said. He says he needs help transferring apps from one ipad to another. I'm like, Dad you only have 1 ipad. He said no. No time to explain. We need to act fast. <thread>

Re: the Huskers, the morning after. I have been telling people we'll get to 6 wins and a bowl this year. But the reality of having to actually see those losses happen like that is still no fun. I think the key is to be nowhere near within 1 score near the end of the game.

Learned my lesson from the last go round, watched this platform, local weather people, waited, and jumped when I saw cool shots.

You know how when you're at fast food place you have extra napkins on your tray but you already grabbed some? Take them with you. Put them in glove box, drawer at home, box in the garage, a random bag in your closet, wherever. Now, you don't worry about store running out of TP

Without fail, another hilariously bad take about how to raise family/do business/live life/etc and my first response is always "I thought I had that guy muted"

Got a misshapen toilet flapper causing a leak into the bowl, so I'm showing my kids how toilets work and one said, "it looks like a Rube Goldberg machine" and I was like holy crapper

Apparently they are learning about such things in a class called "innovation". I may have to eventually show them how the lunar lander works, but what other functional things in this world seem to be a complex device which seemingly delivers a simple result?

After watching the Netflix quarterback series, I can still hear Kirk cousins groan wherever he gets hit

Every morning I get up and make coffee I use a hand grinder for a set amount of time. I use it as a reminder that if I want to earn more coffee, I have to GRIND HARDER every day!

Once we missed that third down open ish TD opportunity, I got to work around the house. Dishes, picking up stuff, etc. I've seen this play. My heart needs rest (like literally, medically)
