⚠️ QoL trended worse w/ RLT: time to FACT-P worsening 11.3 vs 17.1 mo (HR 1.14, CI crosses 1); gap seen mainly during treatment cycles, similar arms after week 36

We are wrong more than we are right, and those who truly care about patients should want to know they are helping more than harming them.
Easy to destroy cancer. Much harder to help improve the way a patient experiences life.
#AUA26 needs to be a voice to stop all the endorsement of anecdotal medicine and embrace evidence based medicine.

The BULLSEYE phase 2 trial evaluated 177Lu-PSMA-617 in patients with PSMA-expressing oligometastatic hormone-sensitive #ProstateCancer . Compared with deferred ADT💊, treatment significantly reduced early disease progression (7% vs 93%) and📈improved median progression-free survival (25 vs 5 months). Therapy was well tolerated, with mostly low-grade adverse events and no treatment-related deaths.
These findings suggest 177Lu-PSMA-617 is a promising option to delay progression in this setting.
