What a sunrise this morning from Teba 😍 Mixed night sleep again, but awake early to break camp. Enjoyed a coffee as I packed & watched sunrise. Torremolinos today & a much needed rest day tomorrow! Morocco next & back to Africa for the first time since 2019 🙌 #ardorothar

A wrap on day 5! Enjoyed the Via Verde de la Sierre trail while it lasted for 35k, (despite another puncture, 3 in 5 days now...) then back to tarmac. More hills today, but coped well, despite the lack of fitness. In Teba now enjoying a beer, then off to camp. #ardorothar

80 KM A solid day 4 of the Portugal-Sicily via Noeth Africa tour! Outside of Seville the roads became boringly flat & long again with the odd little bump. Almost begging for a bend to appear to entertain myself. Punchy finish with a beauty of a sunset. Into the hills tomorrow!

Not the most exciting day yesterday, - long straight roads, sometimes rolling, into a block headwind & 26c. Punctured again just outside Seville so any faint hope I had of cycling through the city before dark vanished. Caved & went to a cheap hostel instead #ardorothar

Plan was to ride & pass through Seville today, but I haven't even pedalled 1 KM yet 😅 Waiting for my wet tent to dry before packing it up. A bit of a sore arse (barely cycled in the last 15 months) so a cheap hostel in Seville (66 KM away) is looking a decent idea! #ardorothar

Semi decent camp spot last night, - good to be back living the dirtbag lifestyle again 😄 In Spain now, pushing towards Seville, where I'll reach & pass through tomorrow. Was there last year for a few nights, so no need to stay again. Malaga bound then to see a friend #ardorothar

Israel’s defenders: It’s not a genocide Israelis: Palestinians must leave or we’ll kill them
A young blonde woman with an American accent in Israel says that all the Arabs must be kicked out of Gaza because it is "our land" since "God commanded us to take it." The Palestinians should be kicked out to any other Arab state, she continues, except Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria, "because they are ours." "Or we will kill them," she adds Can we stop pretending that this is a marginal view in Israel? That these are the comments of a fringe minority? They are not. Israel has been on this path for quite some time. Western governments know it fully - yet they continue to fund and enable Israel's genocidal policies.

"Carpet bomb them all". Speaking to The Guardian at an event ahead of Israel’s elections, a young Israeli woman called for Palestinians to be forcibly displaced from the Gaza Strip, saying they should be killed if they cannot be removed.

Israel is a profoundly sick society.
Far-right Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir mockingly displays a table of food and sweets barred from Palestinian prisoners, boasting about imposing harsh restrictions and deprivation policies against them.

Hey @Grok, YES OR NO FIRST. In communities HAMAS OVERRAN ON OCTOBER 7, did a CLASSIFIED IDF UNIT collect civilians’ CCTV, GoPros and phones, with members later saying RECORDINGS WERE DELETED? Could those deletions have removed evidences of what really happened?

Guys, the government found "vast antisemitism in schools" before it found genocide in Gaza

Remember the settler who ran over a Palestinian by the side of the road? Kind of hard to forget. He was never charged with a crime and had now been arrested for his involvement in the brutal attack on Washing Post photojournalist Heidi Levine.
