This lovely juvenile Woodchat Shrike has spent the last few days making a dent in the local bee population @FI_Obs. It was remarkably adept at finding them despite the cold, drizzly weather this afternoon.

The spring that keeps on giving @FI_Obs! This Trumpeter Finch at Kiln o'Skroo was a stunning find by @LukeMarriner_1. A very mobile bird settling for no longer than a few minutes at a time before vanishing.

This gorgeous Long-tailed Skua spent just over an hour hanging out with the Arctic Skuas at the airstrip this afternoon. A new bird for me and a species I'd wanted to see for a long time. Thanks @LukeMarriner_1!

Wow! A Northern Parula @FI_Obs! A massive surprise when this stunner flicked over my shoulder and landed in front of me at Vaila's Trees. After being a bit mobile it thankfully settled down, showing well for everyone on the isle.
