Santa Claus brought this to me for Christmas. He even knew what caption I wanted from my favorite VH song. Can’t wait to finally read this gem. Thank you for signing Greg. It is an honor!

Remembering Eddie Van Halen, born on this day in 1955. These were from the Van Halen ll tour in St. Louis. It was a chance of a lifetime to get up front to photograph Edward!!! @GregRenoff 📷by Tom Effinger

Saw this same bill in St. Louis on UFO Mechanix tour in 1982. Liz and Patrick know of this show from the UFO Live Sightings album. Another powerful UFO performance with “Tonka” blowing us away and Graham Oliver stabbing his Marshall with his black and white SG blowing it up⚡️⚡️

The majestic guitar work of Eddie Van Halen, likely could only be surpassed by the beautiful soul this gentleman carried within. I feel so blessed to have listened to and see him on stage. But so crushed with his loss. Prayers to his dear family and friends🙏
