What an incredible 10 days up in Lake Tahoe for @BrokenArrowCA & @wser. The older I get the more I just want to create experiences that will last a lifetime. Hopefully this training block in higher elevations will help me with @UTMBWorldSeries Speedgoat 50k in 3 weeks! 😬😂
Great start to the @BrokenArrowCA & @wser trip @palisadestahoe. Friday it was the 18k (hard ass race), Saturday cycling and today it was the 23k. Pretty cool to watch @jessdiggs crush the 46k! Congratulations to all the runners this weekend! 💯🤝
The reason I love @kilianj NNormal company and everything they represent is that you can reach out to their athletes via email and they are willing to respond. Extremely grateful to Dakota Jones for his recommendation with the Tomir 2.0. Absolutely fantastic shoe for the race! 🙏 – at San Francisco, CA
Zero chance I ever run 100 miles! 😂 So it’s pretty cool I get to run 45 (or walk/hike 🤪) miles on the same part that @wser uses tomorrow in the @UTMBWorldSeries Canyons 100k. #canyons100k 💯👣🫶🏽 – at Auburn, CA
Pretty solid Saturday! - A little dress rehearsal for the @UTMBWorldSeries Canyons 100k starting at 5am in the dark. Joined the @BrokenArrowCA training run at the San Francisco Run Company after and then found myself at the @SFGiants game to finish it off. #WeekendVibes 👌 – at San Francisco, CA
Simply put the best @SInow cover. The first time there was no copy explaining the story. If you were alive in 1980 there was no need for words to explain probably the greatest event in sports! - #SportsIllustrated 💯👏🏽
Todays theme was “Make It Up As You Go” - Solid day cruising the streets of San Francisco 👣👣 #SanFrancisco 🫶🏽 – at San Francisco, CA
Merry Christmas to me @TylerFlorence @millerandlux style 🤩 - Best Cheesecake I’ve ever had!! 😋💯🥂 – at San Francisco, CA
I’ve had the incredible privilege of working with Soeren Wells with his dryland training over the past 4 months. Soeren was visiting from Christchurch, New Zealand. Last night was his last dryland training before returning home. Incredible talent and future @Olympics swimmer!! 👏🏽 – at San Francisco, CA

Absolutely blown away how inspiring @sashadigiulian is. - What an incredible role model for the next generation of kids. Every person needs to get her book "Take The Lead" - The world needs more people like Sasha. Thank you for a great evening in San Francisco!! 💯🙏 – at San Francisco, CA
Obviously my opinion about @UTMBMontBlanc was not important enough to make the Final cut!! 😆😂 #UTMB2023 🏃♂️
