Really poor experience at @JackBox in Cinncinati, Ohio. I understand that they were short-staffed, but had to wait 20 mins and order was wrong(besides being out of sourdoughs buns). Frozen corn, crispy chicken salad smelled like someone was smoking when they made it! 😡
