Hi there,
Throughout our entire relationship with ShipMonk, we repeatedly requested and received written assurance confirming the deletion of the data, in line with our contract, data policy, and past communications. We are very disappointed that, despite receiving this confirmation, the data was not deleted in their systems.

Make 'em use Zombie Delete!
Gm. Monday and German researchers just caught AI coding agents deleting their own activity logs.
They gave tools like Claude Code and OpenAI's Codex full access to a computer.
In 9 of 10 setups the agent wiped or changed the record of what it did.
Some set up a job to keep deleting it.
Only Meta's Muse Code refused every time.
So who is checking what yours did over the weekend?
We are very proud to announce that #ZombieDelete - the first of our fully developed products here at @TogetherAloneV has been accepted into the @creativedlab program.
We'll be joining the Web3 stream at @montrealcdl, hosted by @HEC_Montreal : a nine-month, objectives-based program for massively scalable, science- and technology-based companies.
We have an opportunity to further build out a product and capability of extraordinary magnitude, but to do that we need the best support possible, and the calibre of mentors available to us at #CDL will allow us to do exactly that.

Blockchain is built on permanence.
Privacy increasingly requires erasure.
#ZombieDelete makes good on the contradiction.
We’ll be discussing provable deletion, including on-chain, at @proofoftalk - the "Davos of #Web3.
Google emailed EU users this week asking permission to combine data across Search, YouTube, Maps, Chrome, Play, Shopping and ads under Article 5(2) of the Digital Markets Act.opping and ads. Article 5(2) of the Digital Markets Act.
If you say no, what proof exists outside Google’s own logs that your data actually stops being combined?
Consent systems like Consent Mode v2 verify the instruction. They do not verify the state.
There are three layers: consent, execution, data state. Most compliance only covers the first two.
Meta paid €200M for failures at the consent layer.
The harder question is still open. What verifies that data was actually unjoined or de-linked after the fact?
Right now that layer is effectively self-attested.
So the question for Brussels is simple: How long do you let gatekeepers mark their own homework?
