Are Web3 jobs really disappearing, or are we doing something wrong? Lately, I’ve been seeing many people complain about how difficult it is to get jobs in Web3. People are sending DMs, pitching projects, building portfolios, and trying their best, yet the results aren't coming. But what could actually be the problem? Is it that projects lack funding or founders aren't ready to hire? Or are we lacking the right skills, knowledge, and experience? Could it be our communication skills, the way we pitch ourselves, or how we approach founders and projects? Are we trying to sell our services without understanding the problems projects actually need to solve? Or has the Web3 job market simply become more competitive? I know the struggle is real for many people, and not every situation is within our control. But I believe there's a lot we can learn by having this conversation honestly. I'd love to hear from both job seekers and founders. If you're looking for opportunities, what's been your biggest challenge? And if you're a founder, what makes you hire someone or ignore their pitch? No sugarcoating, no blame. Just honest opinions and experiences that could help someone else. What's your honest take, CT? Let's talk in the comments.

Part 3: I stopped treating mutuals like usernames. Here's something I think a lot of people overlook when trying to grow on X. Your mutuals are not just usernames on your following list. They're people. People who are also trying to grow, share their ideas, build something, and get their work noticed. When I started taking my account seriously, I made an effort to engage with my mutuals more consistently. I didn't want to be someone who only showed up when I needed likes, replies, or engagement on my own posts. I wanted to participate in their conversations too. If someone shared something interesting, I'd engage with it. If they had something worth discussing, I'd join the conversation. I also started turning on post notifications for people whose content I genuinely wanted to keep up with. That helped me stay connected to their work instead of constantly missing their posts in a busy timeline. And something else happened: those repeated interactions made it easier for us to become familiar with each other. That's an important part of building a presence on X. People are more likely to recognise you when you've consistently shown up in their conversations with something meaningful to contribute. But don't do it with the expectation that everyone owes you engagement in return. Build relationships, not engagement debts. Support people because you appreciate what they're doing, and allow genuine connections to grow naturally. Your account might start small, but the relationships you build along the way can become one of your biggest assets.

Good morning, CT! Happy Thursday! It’s another Thursday to remind you guys what I do, so today, I’ll be sharing some of my past brand design works with you. I enjoy turning ideas into visuals that people can recognize, connect with, and remember. I’ll let my work speak for itself. Also, to my mutuals whose posts I couldn’t support yesterday, I’m sorry guys. I got back from work really tired and couldn’t do much. But we’re good today! I’ll be catching up and showing love to everyone. Let’s keep supporting each other and growing together. Enjoy the designs, and let me know what you think!

One thing I did a lot when I started building my account on X was reply to people's posts. And I mean, a LOT. I didn't have a massive following. I wasn't verified with a blue tick, and my posts weren't reaching thousands of people every day. So I had to find other ways to get my name and ideas in front of people. That's where replies came in. But here's something I had to learn: replying to posts isn't just about being everywhere or commenting under every big account you see. It's about contributing to conversations. When I saw something I understood, I shared my perspective. When someone posted something useful, I added to the discussion. When I disagreed with an idea, I tried to explain my own view. Over time, replies became another way for people to discover how I think, what I know, and what I bring to the table. Some conversations introduced me to new people. Others helped me build relationships with creators I now interact with regularly. And the more I participated in meaningful conversations, the more opportunities I created for people to discover my profile. Your posts aren't the only things that represent your brand on X. Your replies do too. So if you're a small account wondering how to get noticed, don't spend all your time waiting for your next post to blow up. Go out and contribute to conversations worth having. Just don't confuse replying more with adding more value. A thoughtful reply can do more for your reputation than 20 comments saying "Great post." What's your approach to replies? Are you intentional about them, or do you only engage when you have something to post?
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗫 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲 Small account? You might be growing on X the wrong way. Before I started taking my account growth seriously, I decided to study X itself. I wanted to understand how people discovered accounts, what made them engage, and why some posts got people talking while others went unnoticed. So I started observing. I paid attention to conversations, content, audience activity, and how creators built relationships with their followers. And honestly, it changed how I approached growing my account. I realised that building on X isn't just about posting every day and hoping for the best. It's also about understanding the platform, connecting with people, and giving them a reason to remember you. You don't need a blue tick or thousands of followers to start being intentional about your growth. You just need to stop doing everything blindly. And this is only Part 1. Over the next few posts, I'll share the things I've personally been doing to build my account, from replies and analytics to X Lists, Spaces, and building genuine connections. No guru talk. Just real lessons from my journey. Small accounts, we're learning and growing together. What's your biggest struggle on X right now: getting noticed, getting engagement, or gaining followers?

Today was very tiring and just coming back from work, I wasn't able to support my mutuals enough coz work was stressful. My lists is growing gradually, already at 78 members and still counting if you haven't subscribed yet do so. And if you're not there yet, you're actually missing a lot of support actually. Maybe dropping a post in the night not sure.

I used to think researching a token meant looking at the chart. The Green candle? Good. A Big volume? Interesting. Market cap going up? Even better. Then I realized something that changed the way I look at tokens: A chart can show you what is happening without showing you why.

So I don't look at a pumping token the same way anymore. I still look at the chart. I just don't stop there. Because the chart tells me what the market is doing. RugXray helps me look at what is underneath it. And sometimes, the smartest thing you can do before buying... Is slow down and look.

The next AI problem isn’t getting agents to do more. We’ve spent a lot of time teaching AI how to answer better. Now we’re teaching it how to act. And that’s a different problem… An AI assistant watching your timeline can be useful. An agent researching something for you can be useful. An agent handling a multi step task can be useful. But once AI moves from giving you an answer to taking actions for you, the conversation changes. What can it access? What tools can it use? What is it allowed to do? What happens when something goes wrong? And can you actually verify what happened afterward? That’s the part of autonomous AI I find increasingly important. More capable agents need more than intelligence. They need boundaries. That’s what we’re exploring with @withveya, giving agents scoped environments, permission aware access, controlled coordination and a way to verify important execution outcomes. Because the goal shouldn’t be to make agents do everything. It should be to let them do what they’re trusted to do. What would you let an AI agent do without asking you first?
Imagine giving a helper your house keys, bank card, and inbox, then saying: “Please be careful.” You’d want to decide what they can access and what they’re allowed to do. AI agents need those boundaries too. A chatbot mostly gives you answers. An AI agent can use tools, read files, interact with apps, and carry out tasks for you. That’s useful, but it raises an important question: how do we keep its actions within the limits we set? For example, an agent helping with invoices might need to read them and flag late payments. That doesn’t mean it should be able to approve a transfer. @withveya is building infrastructure to help developers set those boundaries: create an environment for an agent, choose which tools it can use, set limits, and check its requests against those rules. For supported workflows, VEYA also provides a protected execution path and records evidence that can be checked afterward. In simple terms: let the agent do useful work while keeping control of what it can do. @withveya is live on Robinhood Chain testnet. Developers can explore how agent environments, permissions, and controlled execution work together. Mainnet is planned for a later phase; there’s no public launch date yet. Try the testnet: app.veyanet.tech Learn more: veyanet.tech Join the community: t.me/withveya Building agents? Give VEYA’s testnet a try.

I appreciate everyone that checked in yesterday when I was not feeling too well. Feeling much better and healthy now. It's another Thursday to shill myself to the CT that I am brand identity designer and also a visual designer. I help Web3 projects turn confusing ideas into brands people can understand, remember, and trust. From Strategy to Visual identity → Content → Creative direction. If the product is good but the brand doesn’t communicate it yet, that’s where I come in.
