Looking to hire a generational Growth Lead / Growth Marketer for @SkylitAI. We need a hands-on growth marketer to own top-of-funnel growth across social, content, landing pages, SEO, partnerships, and paid/organic experiments. You’ll be responsible for turning our product and community momentum into repeatable acquisition channels. We want someone who can write, test, ship, measure, and iterate fast. What you’ll own: - Social/content strategy across X, short-form (Youtube, Instagram, TikTok), email, and community forums - Landing pages, funnels, SEO, and conversion improvements - Growth experiments across organic, paid, affiliate, and partnerships - Messaging, positioning, and campaign ideas - Weekly reporting on what’s working, what’s not, and what to test next Ideal fit: - Someone who has scaled a company from $10M to $100M ARR. - Strong copywriter with good taste - Has grown a startup, creator brand, SaaS, trading/finance product, or community-led business - Understands both brand and performance - Can move fast without needing a big team - Obsessed with distribution, conversion, and measurable growth How we’ll evaluate you: Send 2–3 examples of growth work you’ve personally driven, plus a short note on what you’d do in your first 30 days here. Top candidates will complete a paid trial project: audit our current funnel and propose 3 growth experiments you’d actually run.
