Just in: NFL is declining to hold a supplemental draft this summer, currently leaving the 2027 Draft as the only way for QB Brendan Sorsby to enter the NFL. A letter is being sent to Sorsby, and to all 32 NFL teams, to inform them of the league’s decision. The league continues to try to show it has little tolerance for gambling issues.

Regardless of the last 3 teams to qualify for Omaha, the 24 spots in the 2024, 2025 and 2026 Men's College World Series fields will have consisted of 23 different schools. Only North Carolina (2024 & 2026) has been there twice in the past three seasons.
