Blessed to be able to share a little of my journey on the Championship Culture Podcast. Thanks @coachjoesalas for having me on!

Thanks for the use of the lights @ogdensoftball Practice done for the day and Dawgs keep building! #howboutthemdawgs #heatwave

A tale of 2 halves…down 8-0 at half and score 29 unanswered in the 2nd. Challenged, battled, faced adversity, all you could ask for from Week 1. #howboutthemdawgs #that1-0feeling

Dawgs out welcoming elementary students to school. Game @ 7:00 tonight. Week 1, let’s go 🔥 🔥 #howboutthemdawgs

Tell my players this all the time. We all know people who have jobs they hate…why? Follow your dreams and dream BIG. You only get one chance at this thing called life. Don’t settle for something out of convenience, push yourself toward those dreams. #soapbox

Little things become the big things. Dawgs taking care of the locker room. Anyone can keep it clean for a day…we’re almost done with Week 2. #howboutthemdawgs

Can’t have official practice without getting the “work” in first. @Premiertrained @PLT4M #howboutthemdawgs

A little find the ball after practice today. Big stakes competition to have a little fun at the end of the week! It’s especially fun to watch two guys look for a football that wasn’t there 😆

💯

Another great Team Retreat at BVU! Always a positive start to the season and something that has truly been a pillar of our program. Special thanks to @TornadoFB and @BuenaVistaUniv for their hospitality. Dawgs get back at it tomorrow. #howboutthemdawgs

Last Monday before “Dead Week” and Dawgs are at capacity 🔥 🔥 July is almost over? Crazy, feels like we just got out of school. #howboutthemdawgs #nooffseason

When a former player calls to wish you Happy Birthday three years after you worked with him and the conversation is an hour long, you must be doing something right. #inmycoachfeelings

Over 70 Dawgs getting better to start the 3rd week of June 🔥 🔥 @PLT4M @Premiertrained in full effect. “The culture precedes positive performance.” -Bill Walsh #howboutthemdawgs

Happy Father’s Day to all the Coach “Dads” out there. Never forget the impact you have on your players. As someone who grew up without a father in the picture, my coaches were instrumental in my growth and development on and more importantly off the field.

Low quality photos of high quality work. Over 50 Dawgs out getting better at open field. #howboutthemdawgs

PLT4M ✅ @Premiertrained ✅ Over 90 kids getting a workout in to start the 2nd week of June ✅ #howboutthemdawgs
