One of my favorite stories I learned when studying Native history is that after settlers would raid Native villages to kill their leaders and children, Natives would sneak into settlements, kidnap their kids, raise them to hate whites, and then send them back to attack.

On Saturday a gold mine on the Northern Sudan borders was bombed (believed to be Egyptian military), killing approximately 200 miners, many being child laborers like Altayeb. There's no justification for this, for any of the imperial violence happening in Sudan.
