Build a custom feed of all the best performing content by people in your space team members, competitors, thought leaders and creators in your space, keep an eye out on every content they post that is an outlier for them. outlier = something that gets 3x their average engagement. All those posts show up here for your inspiration to create new content for twitter and LinkedIn. 2. Scrape post engagers from bottom of funnels posts by said creators Have a simple and cheap claude haiku agent read all of these posts (especially the ones from competitors) and determine if the post is about the problem you solve. Scrape every single person who engaged with this post. You can only do this for comments on twitter (X), and both likes and comments on LinkedIn. oh and you can also just scrape people following your competitors company page as well. 3. Set up a simple website visitor identifier tool If you get over 5000 unique visitors a month in traffic and atleast 60% come from the US, use a simple de-anonymization tool to find who those people are. 4. Qualify each lead and send them different places use haiku to do a preliminary check to keep costs low and remove any obvious unqualified leads, then use sonnet + serper api + exa api to qualify every single one of those people for ur ICP fit. All the ICP fits go to a google sheet, use any good email enrichment tool like @prospeo_io or @findymail to enrich their Emails, LinkedIn and other details. also enrich phone numbers for the highest quality fits. 5. GTM orchestration Everyone in the google sheet gets uploaded to LinkedIn and gets shown re-targeting ads built for problem/solution aware audiences. the highest quality leads, especially the website visitors get a cold call from your sales guy. Everyone else gets a LinkedIn outreach and a cold email. _____ now turn the positive responses into a sales call, tell the negative responses/not now folks about your affiliate program.
