Replying to @DeltaDentalins
@DeltaDentalins Wow. Spent 1 hour 12 minutes on hold to see if you could waive the 6 month waiting period since I'm an HMO subscriber moving to PPO. The answer was a flat no. When I tried to say how long I was on hold for I was hung up on. BYE!

I have zero nice things to say about Delta Dental. Impossible to get ahold of. When given the option to "leave a message for someone to call you back," they then tell you the mailbox is full and disconnect the call. I've spent over 3 hours on hold since yesterday.

Been a subscriber since 2013 and that means nothing to these people. If I'm going to be subjected to a 6 month waiting period for a filling, I'll do it with a better company. I can't wait until you call me. I got an hour long playlist and then I'll hang up on you.
Prioritize youth development over cages. Sign SB 823 and push for more prison reform. Keep our youth out of prisons! @Gavinnewsham
Thank you @SouthwestAir for pushing the industry in a positive direction! I will always love you best! rb.gy/fepvo0

United, Delta, American Say They Are Dropping Change Fees For Domestic Flights

United's CEO says the change was a top request from customers. Delta and American followed suit after United's announcement. Airlines are trying to coax wary customers to return amid the pandemic.

A giant round of applause for @easyJet for doing the right thing and refunding flights instead of just offering future credit (for who knows when!). We so appreciate you and hope other airlines follow your lead.

Y'all need to fix AB5 now. It's only required us to pay more to hire subcontractors (I'm a freelance photographer/videographer) and offers us ZERO benefits, esp. in times like this. 2020 has been a really hard year so far. PLS HELP! @RobBontaCA @NancySkinnerCA
