Replying to @Anele
The apology cannot be accepted
He threatened to kill 3 women, on camera.
This after 9 bodies of murdered and dumped women were found the last week in Kempton Park.
A threat to kill is as good as a murder, especially with the conviction of the threat issued.
I do see he has been fired from the company, and the Minister of Police issued a statement, he's been arrested as well.
Never ever watched 1 episode of this shit. My IQ too high.

The lawyers representing Peter Nonyane and Nghamu Charlotte Tibana are heading to the High Court to apply for bail, after the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court refused the accused bail.
The lawyers believe that the High Court will consider the new evidence presented by the accused, explaining why they should be released on bail.
The matter is expected to be heard before the end of the week, when a date for the bail hearing will be determined.

He just mentioned something about Philani and the His Vaal group, and we all know who is based in the Vaal. It sounds like he is suggesting that they are behind Gagash’s arrest.
No suicide attempt by Tibana since arrest
Hawks investigator Constable Phuthisho Thobejane told the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court that attorney Charlotte Tibana has made no suicide attempt since her arrest.
Under cross-examination, Thobejane also said there are no suspicions that Tibana or her husband, Peter “Gagash” Nonyane, have contacted any of the newly identified state witnesses while in custody

HOW DOES MALULEKE COME INTO THE PICTURE HERE?
In this matter involving Gagashi Peter Nonyane and Charlotte Tibani, when Mr. Ngobeni from the Assets Forfeiture Unit (AFU) testified before the Moetji Estate, there was an amount of R501,000 that had been seized. The money was held in Gagashi’s stokvel account.
The money was then transferred to Jabulani Maluleke’s account, after which Jabulani Maluleke sent the money back to Gagashi’s account.
Mr. Ngobeni stated that moving the money in this manner was intended to disguise or conceal the source of the money, making it difficult to identify that it was allegedly stolen money.
This is what constitutes money laundering—the process of concealing or disguising money obtained through illegal or criminal activities.
