The latest Devnet release takes effect once deployment completes.
New features
✦ On-chain governance: listings and contract configuration now run through governance proposals, with threshold confirmation by nodes, a timelock before taking effect, and signer voting cross check
✦ Account system: ROLE, SYSTEM and protocol accounts, sub-accounts, treasury account rules and stronger registration checks
✦ Cross-chain bridge: deposits, withdrawals, asset registration and supply, circuit breaker and queries, with bridge initialization complete on Devnet
✦ Trading interface: optional synchronous receipts for order and cancel requests, plus enhancements to push messages, liquidation and price band rules
✦ Performance: significantly faster snapshot and recovery
