When I went down the Bitcoin rabbit hole, I instantly felt many parallels from my prior spiritual journey with psychedelics.
So I decided to create a gathering alongside @bramk & @madiwakesup with other Bitcoiners to explore this intersection of consciousness and sound money 👇
What happens when 30 Bitcoiners step away from the noise, sit together in psychedelic ceremonies, and realize sound money is just half the equation? 🍄🟫🟠🤯
This is the raw recap of our genesis gathering exploring Bitcoin alongside consciousness: goingbeyondbitcoin.com/recap…
Who also sees the profound parallels of these two egoless, paradigm-shifting technologies? 🙋♂️

Bitcoin restores family time 🙏
Few.
I don’t need to make millions.
I just need enough to pick up my kid at 1 PM on a random Wednesday, while the teachers look at me like thinking I’m either unemployed or a fucking drug dealer.
Then grab an ice cream with her and walk down the beach while everyone else is still staring at the clock waiting to go home.
That’s my definition of rich.
Keep the Lambo.
I want my fucking time.

Holding Bitcoin is easy, but ensuring your family still has it in 20 years is not.
On episode 8 of Bitcoin After Us, we spoke with @PeterBTCAdviser from @TheBTCAdviser on why an inheritance is earned, not given.
Full of great wisdom for Bitcoin families! 🙏

Saving in Bitcoin restores family time. 🤌
Few.
I think one of the most important things to realize sooner rather than later as a father is that having young kids is not the time to be in constant “go, go, go” mode.
You don’t need a million projects.
You don’t need to spend every waking hour chasing more money.
I keep reminding myself that if there’s one season of life I’ll probably wish I could have back, it’s this one.
The little kids.
Waking up and having them run to you.
Going to the pool. Playing. Hearing them laugh.
It’s mentally exhausting sometimes, but it’s also one of the most fun seasons of life.
I know I’ll never get to revisit this time when it passes.
I could spend my entire life working for more money.
But eventually, I’d trade almost anything to have these years back.
Money matters.
But it doesn’t mean nearly as much as we sometimes convince ourselves it does.

Fix the money, fix the fertility 👶✊
A sturdy financial foundation gives hope for aspiring parents to raise families 🙏
Politicians, you can’t fix the fertility crisis with speeches. Fix the money first.
Young people aren’t skipping marriage and kids because they’re “progressive.” They’re realizing the American Dream may never come.
Rent eats half a paycheck and even a starter home is a fantasy. And the jobs that pay enough to change that are sitting in cities where none of it is affordable anyway.
Could you buy a house in the middle of nowhere if you work remote? Sure. But that’s not where the good jobs are.
Nobody builds a family under these circumstances. Fix the money, fix the future.
- Sincerely, a 24 year old who wants marriage and kids as much as the next person.

Money is not a thing. It is a record everyone agrees to keep. 📝
Yap kept it in memory with Rai stones, for a village. Bitcoin keeps it in code, for the world. 🗺️

Psychedelics/plant medicines deeply taught me the first half of this sentence, and as such, led me to become a Bitcoiner much easier 🤝
I Realized
Nobody
Was Coming
To Save Me
So I Became
A Bitcoiner.
