Nearly 40% cumulative inflation in a decade. Trillion-dollar deficits. Exploding national debt. Money printing. A Fed that fanned the flames. This is what happens when fiscal and monetary discipline disappear. Americans are left paying the bill.

67. As in 67 consecutive months with US inflation above the Fed's 2% target. Monetary policy remains far too easy. More rate hikes are coming.

TINA is dead. For years, investors were told there was no alternative to stocks. Today, 30-year inflation-protected Treasury bonds offer a 3.37% yield ABOVE inflation, the highest real yield in over 20 years. There is an alternative now. Video: youtube.com/watch?v=5LUZatUE…

Here are the reasons I invested close to a billion dollars in precious metals over the past six months—including the purchase of 1.5% of the annual global silver supply (12.69 million ounces) : The global monetary system is about to collapse (The Great Reset, or Basel Endgame). The biggest credit bubble in history will soon pop ($300T). There is no way the US can refinance its $28T in maturing treasuries in the next 4 years without an obscene amount of printing. Trump tariffs are hastening the collapse, and it’s by design. Gold and silver are the only meaningful life raft. Physical possession is everything. The whole world right now is a sophisticated game of musical chairs; the chairs are precious metals. Crypto is a psyop. Those who purchase will have no chair when the music stops. Real estate, crypto, stocks and bonds will all lose significantly compared to precious metals. The banking system has been meticulously designed to seize your assets to buoy up a collapsing banking sector (see The Great Taking). You have ZERO counter party risk with precious metals. I’m up 20% already, on most of my purchases. This is not a drill. Your grandkids someday will either muse or lament this financial decision you’re now faced with. Don’t fail them. Not financial advice. For educational purposes only #silversqueeze

The MOVE Index is going vertical because the Fed needs to raise rates by 100 basis points. The orange line is the Fed funds rate. The blue line is the 2-year Treasury yield. When the 2-year yield is above the Fed rate, the Fed needs to hike to bring inflation down. When the Fed rate is above the 2-year yield, the Fed needs to cut. The white line shows the gap, and therefore how much the Fed needs to move rates.
The MOVE Index is surging. The creator of the MOVE Index has said that 150 is the level where the Fed has lost control and needs to step in.

SEC COMMISSIONER HESTER PEIRCE CALLS FOR RETHINKING KYC AND FINANCIAL SURVEILLANCE In one of her final speeches as an SEC Commissioner, Peirce argued that the current KYC/AML system collects enormous amounts of personal data while failing to effectively identify bad actors. She called for regulators to embrace cryptographic tools like zero-knowledge proofs that can verify identity, citizenship, accredited investor status or sanctions compliance without revealing underlying personal information. Peirce also argued that permissionless networks can reduce unnecessary data collection while maintaining transparent, auditable transaction records. “Americans deserve both security and privacy.”

The US Money Supply grew 5.7% over the last year, the biggest YoY increase since June 2022. After a brief hiatus, money printing is back.

I've marked with arrows previous 4 year cycle lows in the stock market. We are due for another one anytime. I tend to think it will occur in the spring (Feb-Mar). There is a slim chance it could unfold as a major crash event in late Sept. or Oct but I don't think the odds are high for that scenario. Be aware that the selling pressure during one of these can be intense. margin calls can drag down everything. A retest or dip below the 200 week moving average is normal. So be cautious once we head into January. But also be aware that these 4 YCL's generate the single best buying opportunities. Central banks panic and start printing. Everything rocket launches coming out of a 4 YCL. So be prepared to buy when it looks like the world is coming to an end. (FWIW precious metals often produce the biggest percentage moves coming out of one of these).

Someone just asked me how bond yields can possibly go up, if I'm predicting a gold and silver bull market in the years ahead. There's a staggering lack of awareness out there. After 1980, 40 years of decreasing bond yields were bad for precious metals.

What an excellent way to use AI! We forget that before Henry Ford brought the Model T to market in 1908 well over 500 car companies had sprung up in America alone, making somewhere in the range of 2000 to 3000 distinct models of vehicles. It was the Wild West days of the automotive industry and it was anyone's guess who would come out on top. It's exactly the same today in robotics. Seemingly every day a new robotics company is announced with a promise or with a prototype. The variety is huge and the field is wide open. I believe that the Steel Bot robot has just the right mix of features and performance specifications to be widely useful and to dominate in the market. I'm working with all my being to bring it to fruition.

Based on global liquidity growth, gold is worth at least $5k and likely more if the global money supply reaccelerates.
