I've got a friend whose son didn't go to university. He went from school at 18 straight into a junior position in a sports club.
He's 22 now and in a supervisory role in the sports club. He does as much overtime as he can, often brings home £2,700 a month now, gives my friend £400 a month 'keep' and has saved £30,000 in this time as a deposit for a house.
