I work in the bicycle industry and the impact tariffs are having on my business are profound.
The same bike that people were paying $4,000 for during the pandemic is on sale this month for $1,300.
The same bike that people were paying $3,495 for during the pandemic is on sale this month for $1,999.
Bikes built and manufactured in the United States are selling out. Bikes manufactured overseas are reducing their prices to stay competitive with US manufacturers.
Tariffs are definitely impacting my industry and it’s been absolutely amazing for my business. Thank you @POTUS

On tariffs: It’d be Easy to ignore ballooning $30T+ debt & growing trade deficits—like past presidents did. Just kick the can to future generations. But Trump’s taking bold steps to stop U.S. bankruptcy, bring back jobs, spark investment & rebuild the economy. That’s Leadership.

Whatever you think of tariffs, it’s clear that now is the worst possible time for the United States to participate in a military strike on Iran. We can’t afford it. Thousands of Americans would die. We’d lose the war that follows. Nothing would be more destructive to our country. And yet we’re closer than ever, thanks to unrelenting pressure from neocons. This is suicidal. Anyone advocating for conflict with Iran is not an ally of the United States, but an enemy.

Trump says he won’t enter into talks with Europe on lifting tariffs ”unless they pay us a lot of money on a yearly basis, number one for present but also for past”
Looks as Trump wants a similar deal as the minerals deal with 🇺🇦, hoping to get money back retroactively

Headed back to DC today after spending a day back home with my wife and daughter.
As I dive back into work, I want to reassure you that nothing that is happening here is happening by accident. Because of the sensitivity of what the FBI deals with, both the Director and I have to be circumspect in what we can make public. Bad guys read this stuff too. Neither one of us came here to play games.
Measure us by results. You will see them. But just because you don’t see something happening right this second, doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.
I’ll conclude by stating that not every result is going to please everyone. That’s just pandering, it’s not leadership. Complex problems require diligence and a reform-oriented process to create lasting changes. Or else you’re simply putting a bandage on a gushing wound. Let’s do it right.
God bless America, and all those who defend Her.

Agnes of Rus’: The Russian Princess Who Became Queen of France
Anna Yaroslavna was the youngest daughter of Prince Yaroslav the Wise, ruler of ancient Rus’. In France, she became known as Anna of Rus’ or Agnes de Russie.
She was highly educated for her time. She could read and write, knew history, math, and the arts, and spoke several languages, including Old Russian, Greek, and Latin. She could even write in two different alphabets: Cyrillic and Glagolitic.
In 1051, Anna traveled to France and married King Henry I in the city of Reims. On her wedding day, she insisted on taking her oath of loyalty using a Russian Gospel book. That same book was later kept in the cathedral and became known as the Reims Gospel. French kings used it for centuries during their coronations.
Anna became Queen of France. She quickly learned the French language and became popular among the people.
But she was shocked by how things were done in her new country. For example, during the wedding, her husband Henry I didn’t sign the documents, he just drew an “X” 🙊. He couldn’t read or write. In fact, most people in France at that time were illiterate, and there wasn’t a single educated woman in all of Paris.
Anna, on the other hand, signed her name in Old Russian, using Cyrillic letters. Her signature “Ана Ръина” which means “Anna the Queen”, and it’s one of the earliest examples of a Cyrillic signature in Western Europe.
She was also shocked that the French didn’t bathe 🫣. They only washed their hands and faces, and thought washing the whole body was a sin. Paris was small, dirty, and had no plumbing. People dumped waste right onto the streets.
Anna introduced big changes at the French court. In Rus’, people bathed regularly, and she believed keeping clean in body and soul was important. She taught the French how to bathe.
Smart and confident, Anna soon became involved in politics. King Henry was so impressed by her that he made her his co-ruler, a very rare thing for a woman back then. She even signed important government documents alongside the king.
During their rule, France’s economy grew. Cities started to break free from feudal lords, trade expanded, and the country collected more taxes. This helped unify France and build ties with other nations.
Anna was also the only woman in Europe at the time who exchanged letters with Pope Nicholas II, which shocked many people. Thanks to her, schools, libraries, and churches were built. She also taught the French court how to read and write.
People loved Anna for her intelligence, kindness, and patience. She brought wisdom, culture, and dignity from Rus’ to medieval France, and left a legacy that still impresses historians today.

Ukrainian authorities are the greatest liars on earth when it comes to what's going on!
American lawyer Robert Amsterdam gave a powerful interview exposing the political repression carried out by Zelensky in Ukraine — targeting the Church, the opposition, and anyone who dares to speak out.
I'm grateful to Mr. Amsterdam for continuing to speak about my case — including the threats and assassination attempts that forced me to temporarily leave Ukraine.
In the interview, Amsterdam also addressed how The New York Times labeled me “pro-Russian”: “In fact, the guy is clearly anti-Zelensky, and he risked his life to set up a brigade to fight Russia.”
Here are a few other things he said:
– Ukrainian authorities are the biggest liars on earth when it comes to what’s actually happening;
– If you oppose Zelensky’s corruption, you’re automatically labeled pro-Russian — no matter what you’ve done;
– Ukraine today is built on a "castle of lies" protected by parts of the Western media;
– The true internal situation in Ukraine is rarely shown or discussed in Western reporting.

This makes me physically ILL.
This also why the left is losing it over Elon Musk auditing their grift.
Aaron Heitke, the U.S. Border Chief with experience spanning five administrations, has unequivocally confirmed that the Biden-Harris administration directed him to suppress, hide, and alter data related to the border crisis.
He claims he was instructed to intentionally reduce detention capacity across the country while simultaneously issuing new Social Security numbers to undocumented immigrants.
According to Heitke, this enabled them to access full Social Security benefits and Medicaid, facilitated their voter registration, and ultimately PERMITTED them to CAST VOTES in U.S. ELECTIONS.
And there it is.

What Trump is doing with tariffs is a well-planned plan by his financial advisors.
It's not like it came to Trump just like that.
Yes, he is quite of a showman but, US is very serious country.
At first, there will be declines in some companies, true. But the Trump administration's plan is clear, to restart manufacturing in the country.
That's why it's precisely those companies that offer only marketing to the market, like Nike, that are affected the most.
In a few months, closed steel factories and others from the 70s will begin to reopen.
While the "marketing" companies will fall, manufacturing companies will grow.
With tariffs, it will be much cheaper to produce and sell at home than to import from abroad.
The United States will go through a reincarnation, shocks in the economy, but after a few years, all this will stabilize and the country will return to a manufacturing economy again.
Same as China and Russia, same as the new World order. In the US, it is clear that in order to stabilize foreign debt, manufacturing must be restored, and for that big steps must be taken like this one.
I personally see this a big plus for the US.
