My thoughts about ‘The Jerry Falade’s $2million loss (due to AI use accusation), is now published on “The Pan African Review.” I spoke with Falade himself and he provides evidence of his work dating back to 2021 (before the launch of ChatGPT), hence got me thinking.
You can read my thoughts here: panafricanreview.com/ai-lear…
Also, @AnthropicAI Claude will be leaving digital footprint on works generated from it, to avoid confusion like this.
You may also watch the below video on my views of the issue.

The Jerry Falade’s $2million loss is an important example that helps us examine how AI-detection software may unfairly misclassify writing by international students, immigrants and non-native English speakers as machine-generated.
Is the system treating formal or predictable language as evidence of AI use, overlooking the influence of different educational, linguistic and cultural backgrounds?
The issue is timely because schools, publishers and employers are increasingly using AI-detection tools to assess written work, but insufficient attention is being paid to how unreliable results may disproportionately damage the reputations and opportunities of people with international background, black communities, or non-native speakers.

My legal 2cents on LAGOS LIFE
Someone who thinks s/he is smart, just registered The Lagos Life as an App on Google Playstore and copied the exact model into the App even charging for Ads, instead of collaborating like @MikkyInnovate did. To those who are like this person, are you aware unauthorized cloning of Lagos Life is an IP infringement? Are you also aware that collecting money for Ads on a cloned App is fraud with severe consequences?
All @Shalom_HeyEliy and her team needs to do is issue takedown notices via @GooglePlayStore or a Trademark Infringement complaint directly.
In addition, with part of the $500,000 rounds raised, I’ll recommend the team quickly register Lagos Life as a trademark in Nigeria. Also Copyright the source code, written text, and/or graphic design elements unique to it.
They should also publish In-Game Warnings stating that Lagos Life is exclusively a web-based game at the moment and secure similar domain (.net, .ng, .africa) to prevent typosquatting.
Lastly, Vatar Inc. needs to be registered if it has not, because there is a Vatar Tech Company registered with CAC since 2016, although inactive. And if this is theirs, then activate it as a parent company or subsidiary of a parent company based in a tax haven, not UK to avoid undue tax liability. God forbid the case of monkey dey work….
Hi @Shalom_HeyEliy, I'm a designer and a big fan of Lagos Life
I noticed a gap: no page shows the game before you sign up, or shows brands how the ads work
So I designed and built one. Unofficial, and it's yours

Meet History Professor @ifeosaa, a young Nigerian who graduated from UNILAG, skipped Masters and went straight to secure a PhD from Harvard University, with fully funded scholarship from Nigeria.
This is to remind every Nigerian student out there, your dreams are valid. Education is not a scam.
Trauma is what has brought us here. Telling will never work, you’ll have to do a deep work. Trauma affects how you think, what you think, and your actual capacity to think. One of the worst causes of trauma is sexual based violence and incest. Many people have had sexual abuse outside the norms in an environment that they had no power leaving as a child/teens, but when they become adults they crave for an environment of sexual misnomer. Such that in a normal atmosphere, like marriage where they should actually have sex like crazyyy, they are tuned down, they hid, and cannot find excitement in it, except they find themselves in misnomers.
That’s why I commend the work of @lrvivour at the @Lagosdsva on at least tacking sexual based violence for starters.
Arts is a form of expression. In fact, I dare say in a world where AI is now the new standard, arts is increasingly as important as science and technology, if not more. The science and technology principles already exist and can be applied, but the arts is what helps translate those principles into expression. Steve Jobs is more of an artist than a scientist. What is lacking is an overemphasis of one over another - Science, Technology and Arts (STA) is the way to go, but without industry that will only remain a pipe dream.
Welcoming the latest 🇳🇬 Ambassador to the United States, Ambassador Lateef Kayode Are to The World Bank Group in celebration of the Nigerian Independence Day at the Bank.
Fun fact about the Ambassador: He’s a Yoruba man, a Muslim, who is married to a Christian, Igbo woman, Mrs. Ngozi Are. This is not uncommon with Nigerians irrespective of religion, tribe, and nationality. Our diversity is our divinity.
Thanks to Olumide Kola-Lawal for leading efforts that made the events all successful. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria and deliver her a leadership that works🇳🇬

Now this is well deserving of a Doctorate in Investigative Journalism. Any University in Nigeria for the taking, before a UK or ‘Benin’ school picks it up.

Nigeria failed the nail cutter, so he took his tools to the street.
Nigeria failed the agbero, so he turns the street into his own Federal Inland Revenue Service.
Now poverty is taxing poverty , but wealth watches from an air-conditioned office. Even rock bottom has developed a revenue service.
Hardship is no licence to prey on another. Sections 273 and 301 of Lagos Criminal Law punish intimidation and threatening demands where proved.
Hopefully, Eko is not blind to its own laws. Give the agbero that ‘iko’ so his head and others like his resets.
Nigeria wondering why the economy is dying? Here is your proof. Ethnic bigotry on government payroll, wearing police uniform and discussing who is ethnically qualified to enter Aso Rock instead of how to keep Nigerians safe.
We want a trillion-dollar economy but still run parts of the country like a village meeting with a national flag.
Until the law becomes stronger than tribe and ‘oga anything for us’, investors won’t need an exit strategy. The country is already writing them one.

Peller allegedly got an American passport? 😂
Abeg, before Congratulations, know that American passport no be NIN wey agent fit run for you at Oluwole along.
A U.S. passport is for U.S. citizens, either born in US, or through Green Card and Residency.
And please, don’t borrow your friend’s blue passport for content. Falsely claiming U.S. citizenship can land you in FCI Fort Dix, New Jersey, with Hushpuppi , that even Greg will look away. It may even be a reason for future US visa denial.
Let him that hath Peller’s ears, hear and tell him.
