Great advice right here.

Exactly.
1/ English has over 1,000,000 words, but the average adult only uses around 30,000. Legendary actor Tony Randall shared a simple 5-step framework to expand your vocabulary, read faster, and speak with precision. Here’s the breakdown (and how to use it today):

Pretty awesome.
11 years of humanoid robotics in one video. 🤖 In 2015, humanoid robots were still struggling with basic tasks like walking, climbing stairs and recovering from falls during the DARPA Robotics Challenge. Fast-forward to 2026, and humanoids are running, jumping, boxing, playing football, handling industrial tasks and operating in real-world environments. The World Humanoid Robot Games featured 2,056 robots across 51 events, including practical tasks in factories, hotels and homes. The progress is obvious. But the real question is not how impressive they look in a demo. What will humanoid robots be capable of in 2036? 👀 🎥 Media: Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) / Unitree Robotics ⚠️ This content is shared for informational purposes only. The power of positive thought is real.
🧠 Neuroscience now proves what once sounded impossible: your brain can rewire itself at any age, as long as you know how to activate the right mental state. This ability, known as neuroplasticity, allows the brain to form new neural connections, repair old ones, and even change its structure based on thought, emotion, and experience. Researchers have found that when you enter a state of deep focus, curiosity, or emotional engagement, the brain releases powerful neurochemicals like dopamine and acetylcholine. These chemicals act as “construction signals,” telling neurons to strengthen certain pathways and discard others. In essence, your brain remodels itself according to where your attention and emotion are directed. This means learning a skill, overcoming trauma, or improving memory isn’t limited by age, it’s guided by mental state. Meditation, visualization, new challenges, and even small daily habits can create lasting physical changes in brain circuits. Scientists have observed that adults who practice intentional learning or mindfulness show brain growth in areas responsible for focus, empathy, and resilience. However, stress and autopilot behavior have the opposite effect; they shrink connectivity and reinforce old patterns. The secret lies in staying curious, emotionally present, and willing to engage deeply with new experiences. The human brain is not fixed; it’s fluid, adaptable, and waiting for direction. Every moment of awareness, every new challenge, every act of focus reshapes the mind in real time. Change isn’t limited to the young; it belongs to anyone willing to learn how to think differently.

Yep.
Not all Chinese cities look as nice as Shenzhen on the left. But no place in China is as bad as the right one.

In Shenzhen, your food doesn’t roll to the table... It floats. 🇨🇳 Some restaurants in Shenzhen are deploying mid-air delivery systems where dishes glide across the dining area using magnetic levitation and linear motor tracks. Instead of wheels on the floor, the system uses magnetic propulsion + embedded linear motors to move small delivery pods along fixed routes. I would love to try this out! 😮‍💨 ~~ ♻️ Join the weekly robotics newsletter, and never miss any news → ziegler.substack.com

Let's do more of these.
America's first large-scale indoor vertical farm for strawberries in Richmond, Virginia. Using 30-foot towers, it produces over 4 million pounds of strawberries annually on less than an acre of land. This innovative method reduces water use by 90%, land use by 97%, and eliminates the need for pesticides. We have so many solutions. Implement them. #ActOnClimate #climate #energy

Gravity-defying robot! 🦎 VertiGo is a wall-climbing robot created by Disney Research and ETH Zürich that can transition between ground and wall. The robot can move on a wall quickly and with agility. VertiGo has four wheels, two tiltable propellers, and two tiltable propellers. One pair of wheels is steerable, and each propeller has two degrees of freedom for adjusting the direction of thrust. The choice of two propellers rather than one enables a floor-to-wall transition, thrust is applied both towards the wall using the rear propeller and in an upward direction using the front propeller, resulting in a flip onto the wall. P.S. Can you guess the year of development? 👀 ~~~ ♻️ Join the weekly robotics newsletter, and never miss any news → ziegler.substack.com
