@Delta at JFK, and it appears particularly disorganized here

@Delta cancelled flights happen. Why make the experience worse with such an uncertain and lengthy wait to get bags. 3+ hours waiting and app says bags are still on plane. Many here waiting with little kids…

@Delta flight cancelled and now it’s a 4 hour wait to get our bags back?! Had booked another flight but had to cancel since we can’t get our bags. This is low hanging fruit to improve an already poor experience.
