💥Andy Burnham confirms my scoop this morning that he will push ahead with plans for electoral reform - kicking off a process that could eventually lead to ditching the first-past-the-post system in favour of proportional representation.
The PM, a long standing supporter of electoral reform, says he wants a system in which “everyone’s views count and everyone’s vote matters”.
