Fatoumata Ceesay

I feel extremely honoured to have assisted the Chairman of The Gambia's Independent Electoral Commission in announcing results of the 2021 Presidential Election of The Gambia. In addition, there is nothing more rewarding than people taking pride in what you do. Thank you all.

Hello everyone. Sharing on behalf of a mother whose son is currently going through a very difficult time. She appeals for your support during this challenging period. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go a long way in helping her son receive the assistance he needs.

I hosted @SheAwardsGambia for the fourth time. Congratulations to the Founder, @awagaiesq, and her amazing team for delivering yet another classy awards night. I was truly moved by the powerful stories of the women honored; they reminded us all why this platform matters.

We mourn😰. My heart goes out to the families of all those who have lost their lives at sea while embarking on the back way journey. Seeing images and videos of grieving families on social media has been deeply heartbreaking. May a day come when this route no longer claims lives.

Oh my God! I am in utter shock and disbelief. My heart is broken. May the Almighty God grant your soul Jannah, beautiful Fatou Samba. My deepest condolences to Pa Ousman Joof, Gambian Talents Promotion staff, and the entire Gambian media fraternity. Fatou was an amazing soul.🥲😭

We bid farewell to an amazing diplomat, Ambassador Sharon Cromer, as she concludes her service as U.S. Ambassador to The Gambia. I had the privilege of working closely with her for three years, and I can attest to her dedication, integrity, and the respect she shows to everyone.
