Wow @O2 how bad can you get?! Transfer of my eSIM - I’m told 15 minutes max, then 2 hours later sent to a local store - who tell me they can’t help and I shouldn’t have been sent to them. I’m now told 24 hours and have no access to my calls or texts on any device!#awfuleverything

Todays @Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)-in-a-day sees us at capacity! It's great to see so many @KeeleUniversity staff devoting the time to improving their digital capabilities. Learning not only how to use these tools, but how to do so efficiently, and in collaborative ways.
To those who've already completed MOS and now get annoyed with the files they receive from others, sorry! We will be putting on more dates for your colleagues to attend soon. #DigitalKeele #DigitalSkills #Keele #KeeleUniversity #Microsoft #MicrosoftOffice #MOS #MOSinaday
This evening the kids asked to play with my old StarCom toys. They now want to know why their toys weren’t this cool! 😎

Yesterday I had the pleasure to deliver a session supporting 30 researchers at @KeeleUniversity in using Microsoft Word for long documents.
Amazing feedback from attendees - many saying it will greatly help them.

Fun evening leading an orienteering session with the scouts. It’s interesting to see their different approaches to completing the courses using landmarks and compass bearings vs randomly walking around.

There is no single solution to security.
We’ve published a report which covers lessons you can learn from the mistakes of others to help you see the different tools you need to build and develop a strong security strategy: ico.org.uk/about-the-ico/res…

All @KeeleUniversity students complete the pre-arrival induction I design and deliver. I’m now updating it to make use of @Blackboard Ultra tools to ensure it supports students who’s preference is mobile first while supporting the development of their digital skills #DigitalKeele

In response to my letter, civil servants confirmed they had told Tory ministers they were not allowed to say their dodgy attacks on Labour were independently done by civil servants.
Last night Rishi Sunak did it anyway.
He lied to the British people.
He must apologise.
