I find it odd that the TV licence officer goes to such lengths to enforce a license. But when you turn 18 DVLA does not visit to check you aren't driving.

Alert: The A16 is closed following a serious collision between Algakirk and Sutterton Dowdyke, close to Church Lane. This involved a van and a lorry, and was reported at 12.55pm today. We are on scene and expect to be there until at least the early hours. Incident 190 of today.

Road Closure: We have closed the A52 and the B1394 at Swaton following a serious collision.
We expect the road to be closed for some time and ask people to avoid the area while emergency services are on scene.

We are at the scene of a serious collision involving several vehicles on the A16 in Spalding. The incident was called in to us just after 12.30pm and is thought to have taken place in the Holbeach Road area. A number of roads are closed and motorists are asked to avoid the area.
