about the crowd-funded project to enhance the #Moodle question bank. What’s new in Moodle 4.2 and 4.3? What might come after that?

Paraphrasing @tim_hunt #MootGlobal23 university culture is concerned about bias and works hard to address it. However the data shows outcomes still aren’t equitable despite sustained efforts to make it so. It’s a long term project moving slowly yet generally in a positive way.

Day 3 of #MootIEUK23. Excited to hear what Martin Dougiamas (@Moodler) is going to say in this morning's keynote. And then grabbing a coffee before the OU's own @tim_hunt shows us how to write better Behat tests.

We've posted a little #survey at moodle.me/aisurvey which will only take a few minutes of your time.
Please share your ideas and help guide #Moodle development! openedtech.social/@martin/11…

The wisdom of the crowd works even if the crowd is totally drunk.
This study got undergrads intoxicated & found that while drunk individuals make a lot more errors, the consensus of groups of drunk people was as accurate as that of groups of sober people. core.ac.uk/download/pdf/4257…
The ‘Milk’ exhibition at the the Welcome Collection @explorewellcome is very good and very political.
It includes this fine piece of satire:

This didn’t “just happen”. Neither is it because of Covid. It’s the result of inspired, purposeful policies, investments and legislation over a substantial number of years. Well done! @BorisJohnson @SadiqKhan @willnorman @WeAreCyclingUK @EuCyclistsFed
