🚨 U.S. TREASURIES JUST BECAME THE MOST POWERFUL WEAPON ON EARTH AND AMERICA BECAME IT’S HOSTAGE LAST NIGHT The bond yields on Monday market opening could react extremely violently on this one news. America was LOCKED AND LOADED to OBLITERATE Iran last night…U.S. and Israel had warplanes fueled, missiles primed, and the entire Iranian military grid targeted for total destruction. Trump was seconds from greenlighting the strike. UNTIL Saudi Arabia pulled the nuclear option on the U.S. dollar itself. Then the bombshell hit: Saudi Arabia threatened to DUMP their massive U.S. Treasury holdings if Iranian retaliation touched a single Saudi oil refinery. Markets are already screaming. 10-year yields SPIKING toward 5%. Japan, the largest foreign holder, is already dumping Treasuries like toxic waste. Treasury Secretary is frantically intervening in Bank of Japan operations to stop the hemorrhage. U.S. Treasuries just became the ultimate weapon of mass financial destruction. One threat from Riyadh and the most powerful military on Earth stood down. The petrodollar empire is being held hostage by its own debt. Sleep tight.

Interesting
The rumor has always been the Federal Reserve and President Hoover intentionally caused the collapse of 1929. They did this by raising rates and keeping the money supply tight despite obvious signs the trade war had destroyed growth. They "feared inflation" even while the economy was in a death spiral. As the "conspiracy theory" goes, they collapsed the system because the banks were losing control to the private credit market. They inflated a massive bubble allowing inflation to get out of control after massive money printing, now they're keeping global Dollar supply tight. They allowed the bubble to get out of control so they could collapse everything. We're seeing the exact same thing today. This blockade has destroyed trade. Everything they're doing is forcing Dollars to flow back into the United States, creating an environment of scarcity everywhere else in the world. It's the same playbook as 1929, just with a modern twist. 🤫

Bottom line: This isn’t about panic. It’s about understanding where risk is building… and where it isn’t. Because the gap between those two is only getting wider ⚠️

If you’re paying attention… This is where places like Saskatchewan start to look very different: Less hype More fundamentals More room to breathe

The next cycle won’t reward speculation like the last one. It will reward: 👉 Stability 👉 Cash flow 👉 Margin for error Things a lot of GTA deals simply don’t have right now.

Meanwhile… There are markets in Canada where: ✅ Prices are still grounded ✅ Cash flow actually exists ✅ You’re not betting on appreciation to survive (Yes… they exist)

This is how default cycles start: No equity → No refi → No flexibility → Forced decisions It doesn’t happen overnight. But once it starts… it spreads

Here’s the uncomfortable truth: A lot of people didn’t buy assets… They bought max leverage at peak pricing And now the math isn’t working.

And guess where this hits hardest? 📍 GTA The same place that went vertical on the way up Is now going to feel it the most on the way down

Pressure builds Options disappear Stress increases And eventually… 💥 Something breaks

And THIS is the part people are missing: Refinancing is the pressure valve When life hits: debt piles up rates rise payments hurt 👉 Refi gives you a reset

Here’s what “stuck” actually means: ❌ Can’t consolidate debt ❌ Can’t extend amortization ❌ Can’t lower payments ❌ Can’t switch lenders 👉 They’ve lost financial control

“But they can just renew, right?” Yes. Technically. Banks will renew them if payments are clean. But let’s be real… 👉 Renewal ≠ flexibility 👉 Renewal = handcuffed to your lender

Why? Simple. There’s no equity left. Some are underwater Others barely above water Either way → no options

🚨 There’s a problem brewing in Canadian real estate… and nobody is talking about it properly. Refinancing is quietly disappearing. ~10% of homeowners already can’t refinance And that number is climbing fast.

Think about this: Tens of thousands of buyers from 2019–2022 (especially in the GTA) put down 5–20%… And now? They’re stuck.
