NY AM Session: 1L, 1 W (+$700 on the day) Trade 1: entered on an aggressive order block thinking it would get to lon highs in next candle. Negative RR. terrible trade in hindsight FML. I chased this one Trade 2: 2m & 3m ifvg vshape, targeting lon high and some LRL to the left.

NY AM: Loss -$300 I liked the vshape 15m ifvg targeting LRL. But was right on open and LRL and infilled gap below to balance out.

NY AM Session: Win +$400 There wasnt a $$$ sweep but only reason to take this was a strong vshape candle smashing through the 3m FVG which happened at open so i chased the entry and was ready to move SL to BE fast to protect from open wild swings. Got lucky & trailed stop tight

NY AM Session: 1L 1 W (Breakeven day) Trade 1: $$ sweep, ifvg vshape, targeting 15m fvg above (-$500 Loss) Trade 2: accumulation, $$ manipulation sweep, huge vshape ifvg, tagreting data wick above ($500 on less risk)

usually i would chase this breakeven day to finish the day strong. im walking away dude. i know what happens after i chase...

Proud of myself today. Had a good morning session and usually with that confidence I would trade Asia blow it all. I took a quick look and didn’t see anything I liked. So I walked away. This may sound easy in theory but IYKYK. This is the first time in 1 year I’ve walked away
