Content creators: I cannot stress the importance of creating content alongside streaming. As a streamer, you're going to have months where you feel UNSTOPPABLE. Subs are climbing, you're making money, no way this could ever end right? Wrong. Every one of your viewers is a person with responsibilities, bills, their own lives, and so on. Just because they gift you $100, $500, $1,000 worth of subs one month, doesn't mean you should EVER expect that. Never put your viewers in a space where they feel like they are obligated to keep supporting "the dream" or else they aren't valued in your community...or where the feel pressured to keep up with some quota. It's your responsibility to create multiple sources of income for yourself...your community should only ever financially support you out of the kindness of their heart. You'll feel a lot better knowing your bills are paid regardless of how many subs you have from live streaming...and you'll be free to truly just ENJOY streaming.
