Sometime last month, someone reached out to me here and informed me that he has seen all neostore.ng is doing on the timeline and has put in word with his boss at his work place for me to start supplying them gadgets and electronics.
He asked for my whatsapp number and i gave him. I get lots of queries daily so I didn't really think much of it.
Few days later his boss reached out on whatsapp all the way from Abuja and said they wanted to purchase multiple ACs to be supplied to a Power Plant in Ondo State.
I gave my pricing and he ignored so in my mind I was like "all these i will get back to you people".😂
Well he later replied and the negotiation for this deal started and ended on whatsapp through text. We never spoke on voice or video call. No queries of "wHeRe iS yOuR oFFiCe" or any expression of doubt and fear.
He understood that neostore.ng is strictly an e-commerce brand with no physical presence anywhere. He paid N23m day before yesterday and we have successfully delivered everything to the power plant in Ondo State under 48 hours.
The Split Unit ACs came from Asaba Warehouse while the bigger 5HP Standing ACs came from Lagos warehouse. The supply tested us as usual coz the one from Lagos got to the Power Plant by 3am this morning but I am just glad everything ended in praise.
Mind you the person who vouched and fought for me does not know what I look like. His boss does not know what I look like and did not come to any physical store yet on very first purchase sent me N23m and I DELIVERED.
Special thanks to our ever gracious brand ambassador @Wizarab10 for his continued support and kindness. I came in from Asaba to Lagos day before yesterday, he picked me up from the airport around 11pm, paid for my hotel coz he has a visitor at home, still took me to his house that night and cooked for me then the next morning we used his car to go to the warehouse to pick up the items and he even wanted to follow the truck to Ondo State but we finished the paper work late and so couldn't go with the logistics team.
As the brand ambassador and face of neostore.ng , I am determined to insert him into the very foundation of the company which is why I am glad he came along as I continue my plans on getting him to meet ALL our clients and partners. He also has to know where our warehouses are located across Nigeria, meet my top guys at Fouani along with my people across other electronics brands.
