There’s nothing like sitting in the woods in the morning watching the woods wake-up!!
The closest you’ll get to heaven without dying!!

In SW MI, I sat for 4 hours this am in the heavy timber about 75 yards off a field. Between 8-9 am I saw 7-8 different smallish bucks (1-2 yrs old) not really chasing but “following” groups of does and grunting up a storm. Saw 20+ deer. Was in a new spot so I just basically observed - definitely pre rut. These next few weeks should be fabulous! We do need some cooler weather tho for sure.
