I burnt out in 2022. Then I had end-of-year fatigue in 2024. In 2025, I’m saying no to burnout. Here’s my game plan for a burnout-free year.

If you want to feel strong, make time to exercise. If you want a calm mind, make time to meditate. If you want a clear mind, make time to journal. If you want beautiful relationships, make time to connect. If you don’t make time to do it, don’t expect to get it.

If you want to be more productive and focused, learn to say no more.

Create a philosophy for how you want to live. Every culture that has ever existed developed a philosophy for how to live. Stoicism. Taoism. Buddhism. Hermeticism. Ubuntu. Sufism. Vedanta. They may have had their differences, but what is constant: An unexamined life produces unnecessary suffering.

The best thing you can do for your future self is sacrifice a few years of comfort to achieve decades of freedom.

“I'll sleep when I'm dead” won't make you rich. You're not outworking anyone by sleeping 4 hours a night. You're underperforming and destroying your health and focus. Chronic sleep deprivation: - Accelerates cognitive decline - Degrades your decision-making - Suppresses your immune function - Spikes cortisol and shifts the baseline Sleep isn't a weakness. It's where performance is actually built. - Better focus - Faster learning - More creativity - Better emotional control - Sharper decision-making The flex isn't how little you slept to get more done. The flex is being able to play the long game without sacrificing your health.

A healthy life is a rich life. Eat well, move well, sleep well.

A solved problem creates value. Value creates demand. Demand creates income. Focus on solving problems and building trust. Then the money comes as a byproduct.

If you want to build something meaningful that last 5+ years: Regulate your nervous system. Recover before you collapse. Protect your deep work. Always be a learner. Train your body. Longevity needs a solid foundation. You are the foundation of your business.

Feeling uncomfortable? Good. Discomfort means you’re expanding your comfort zone. It means you’re growing. Keep going.

Your beliefs will make or break you. Make sure they are aligned with your future and not your past. You are meant for more.

Some will say you're weird for waking up early and going for a run or to the gym. I say you're starting your day off right and prioritising your health, while others neglect it.

Your business is a reflection of you. You can have all the tactics and strategies to grow a business, but without the self-belief that YOU can do it, your business won’t grow. So you need to build yourself as you build your business.

If you want more hours back in your week, try this: - Do your highest leverage tasks earlier in the day - Write simple steps for tasks you do often - Automate tasks you repeat every day - Let tools handle the boring parts Systems don’t replace you. They protect your energy for the work only you can do.

Energy dips suck and slow you down. Try these for a quick pick-me-up: - Meditation. - Breathwork. - A walk outside. - A brain-fuelling snack. Recharge and finish strong.

A calm mind doesn’t happen by accident. It takes intention, consistency, discipline and hard internal work. The one who masters their mind creates a powerful weapon.

You can't outwork your identity. You can only change it.

Do you not have time, or are you just distracted? You may not have time because you spend it on the wrong things. Cut out distractions, and you'll get back the time you “didn’t have”. The time was not the problem. Your attention was.

What I’m learning while building a solo business and brand: - Don’t chase trends - Don’t depend on the algorithm - Don’t do everything at once or on your own It’s better to focus on 1: - 1 offer - 1 funnel - 1 person - 1 platform - 1 message Do one thing well and everything build on that.

Some of history’s highest performers shared one boring habit: They walked daily. Jobs held walking meetings. Darwin walked 1 to 2 miles a day. Beethoven walked to improve creativity. Movement isn’t just for the body. It’s for the mind too.

Here’s how to live like the ancient philosophers: Don’t try to impress. Instead, be curious. Ask better questions, and then actually sit with them. Sit with them until you get answers.
