David Shoebridge and his wife own a 4 strong, multimillion dollar investment property empire. Don’t expect too much.

The Greens Leadership embrace the ideology of the professional material class. It’s a fake left ideology that never threatens capital which is essential for maintaining their careers. Catherine Liu wrote a book about their class war against working people youtu.be/PuIb4j_hxSw?si=QWhV…

Serious question: why do Indians own/manage mostly all petrol stations? How did that happen? Should it have happened? Is there nepotism going on? Is it financially discriminatory towards others? Why don’t we question it? Seems a bit odd.

Deserves it! I daresay he does. Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not be too eager to deal out death in judgement. For even the very wise cannot see all ends. — J.R.R. Tolkien

If any politicians or policy makers want to do what’s best for the Australian people, but can’t due to pressure/threats from Israel/lobby groups, perhaps they should start calling their bluff en masse, and let the public know. It will be well received.

Beauty. There are 87 different species of Kingfisher in the world, but only one, 'Alcedo atthis' breeds in Europe. The largest is Australia's kookaburra, smallest is the oriental dwarf kingfisher. Most of the world’s kingfishers don’t eat fish and rarely go near water. #birds

For #StandingStoneSunday, I present the High and Low Bridestones on the exposed limestone pavement of Sleight's Moor, North York Moors, near the village of Grosmont. Neolithic or Bronze Age, they are a highly complex set of megalithic alignments and circles but poorly understood.

It's been a lovely evening up on the moors. The sunset wasn't as good as I'd hoped, but, it was still great to be out as the World span eastward and left the day behind.

It’s abysmal to see anyone on the ‘left’ espousing attitudes like that at all. Hasn’t the trickle-down, personal responsibility bullshit that supports a predatory financial system always been a right-wing position? So what’s happening?

Charity is arbitrary and only helps the lucky few. Whereas broad ranging and fair social policy gives people autonomy and options, like the wealthy have. Achieving that is the next frontier of actual human progress. We should aim to get as close to fairness as possible.

Wow. Is this what the left in Australia has become? To make out like taking out credit is just a frivolous choice? It’s not for many, and the game is rigged to keep it that way. If this is the new left in Australia, then we no longer have one.

Fair enough. You’re entitled to your view. Personally, I don’t like what the guy stands for and wouldn’t be surprised if he’s being paid by some group or other to shit-stir and create 24 hour news cycle distractions. The old divide and conquer routine. But that’s just my opinion.

He’s not doing both. And he’s speaking on behalf of vulnerable people to big himself up and justify owning more capital than he needs. I think I’d want to know how much rent he charges before I could spruik for the guy’s integrity. And I am debating with good intentions.

Do you need ‘wealth’ to survive? Or just to have enough and be happy seeing everyone else have enough too?

If you sell your house for less, you will pay less for the house you are buying. Yes a house is for the long term, for living not for a quickie flip or get rich investor.

You only lose money if you decie to sell. Homes are for the long term, for living in, for families and generations. they are not investment vehicles.

Just wondering... The price of housing has clearly gone through the roof (pardon the distasteful pun), but doesn't the picture get far worse when you look at what you actually get for your money (quality of build, size, land area etc) ???
